I wish I could give them 0 rating. Not professional at all, nor they stick to their words. We were here to see the mattress and a guy named Jeff attended us. Price of the mattress was bit costly than Ikea so we stepped out and went to Ikea to purchase the mattress and were on the edge to pay the bill. Jeff called me back saying that if you haven’t purchased the mattress yet I will discount the mattress by $150 and along with that I can give you a pillow and mattress protector too. We thought that it is a good deal and went to his store and paid him the money by cash. He said you can take your pillow now and when the mattress get delivered at that time we will give you the mattress protector. After 2 days when we went to pick up our mattress, Jeff started questioning us about what mattress protector we are talking about and when did he said this to us. This man lied to me and was not agreeing to it. When I asked him to give me my money back, he said to me that there is no refund policy and all the sales are final. NEVER TRUST THEM, NEVER EVER
