Had these guys install new garage doors for our underground garage at the office a couple a months ago. Haven't had any issues and the job was done quickly. Really high quality doors and installed perfectly. Couldn't be happier!

Great business to deal with. I have been working with General Door since 2015 and they have always stood behind their products and provided great advice to help me choose the right garage door for my house. Last time I called I needed a spring replaced and they came on site the very same day with a flat rate and no hidden charges. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Not really sure where to start, I run a CarWash in Calgary, and if you know how often these doors go up and down, they have a fair amount of problems as they wear, or as people don't pay attention and like running into them. It sure helps to have a company like General Door available to be on site in a timely manner, to keep my business running efficiently, and for a reasonable price. Been using Dan at General for about a year. He and his techs are fantastic and I wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks for everything you do guys!

I have not had work done by this company and never will because of some very rude and unprofessional young male employees. If you want cocky people who will block your driveway and refuse to move for you...then flip you off and call you names all while they chain smoke cigarettes on your property and talk on their phones about the women they picked up on tinder and sent home in cabs right after they slept with them ...their doing this on the dollar your paying them to actually work and get a job done ....then hire them. They sit and chill more then they work and are completely unprofessional and as for that I will never consider or recommend this company to anyone. It does not seem that the company will even apologize for their companies employee behaviour and just brush it under the carpet but reading previous reviews that’s nothing new they won’t try to resolve things until years later.

Purchased a Steel-Craft Contemporary Garage Door. Great quality, and the install was flawless. Great company to deal with and the General Manager went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible. After struggling with another overhead door company for many months to fix many problems who installed the new door 3 months ago...they wanted to sell me a new door. I decided to get a second opinion...General Door Services were extremely prompt in meeting my needs. Sheldon the tech was extremely knowledgeable and repaired the door as new with in a couple of hours.I would highly recommend this company for ANY garage door issues.Thank you General Door Services

I had a door installed by you guys 4 months ago, it was installed incorrectly and because of that the door stopped opening after opening 3-quarters of the way and my wife hit the door because nobody assumes the garage door is going to be 1/4 open and checks before they leave the garage.Two guys came out to fix it said they couldn't find anything wrong and within 24 hours it was happening again.A third crew came out and said the door had been installed incorrectly the first time (incorrect hinge placement and the weight setting on the motor was not adjusted by the tech). This was missed by the second installer.The guys that came out the 2nd time even said that the bottom piece of the door should be replaced by your company and I still haven't heard an answer.Now I have received a bill for you fixing your mistake?I will not pay this fraudulent invoice. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. I was not told there would be a charge at any point.Absolutely appalling behavior.

Today in a mad scramble to drive our son to school our garage door wouldn’t open. We soon realized the spring had broke and the door wouldn’t open more than a few inches.A quick phone call to General Door Services and they dispatched a rep to save the day.We didn’t really have time to price check and reached out to friends who have experienced the same issue and when they heard the price we paid, they felt ripped off!I strongly recommend using General Door Services if you ever need help and you enjoy keeping money in your pockets instead of someone else’s!

Such great professional fast service. We had our door break off the brackets from a builder install. General Doors immediately had a technician to our house to repair the issue. He was able to piece back together the parts and reuse everything but a bracket. I honestly thought this was going to be a new garage assembly when the door came apart, so pleasantly surprised when they were able to do the repair. In the end making the repair super affordable. We will be using General Door Services for any future needs.
