POOR SERVICE! I would NOT recommend Yanch Bankruptcy Trustee ever. For the hefty price he charged me, I did not get the quality service I expected; quite the opposite in fact. The way I see it, he didn't spend the time needed to do his homework on my case to offer me good advice, and his staff mislaid important information in my file which would have made a big difference in the outcome of my case. In my opinion, you're better off elsewhere! Use a different bankruptcy trustee.

I consulted with James Yanch years ago at a time of great turmoil in my life. I was uncertain and backed away from bankruptcy and interaction with his firm but then later came back to him as I thought maybe I should declare. He declined my business and advised I was wasting his time. I was flabergasted. I had no intention of wasting his time. I was hurt and confused and remain hurt to this day. In my opinion a complete lack of empathy for persons going through a difficult time.

Excellent customer care. Meeting set up very quickly, negotiated with my creditors resulting in me paying almost 1/2 of what I owed, taking me quickly out of debt. Have recommended friends and family to them and would do so again.
