Brian is a professional you can trust!We were out of province for the inspection of our home but because of the detailed pictures and information Brian provided for us we were able to feel very secure with our purchase. He also notified us and our agent of a potentially dangerous situation immediately and caught anything that needed repair or replacement. He provided the names of local contractors in the area when we asked, but only after he checked their availability.From our first phone conversation to delivery of inspection report and invoicing, everything was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Osprey to everyone!

Brian came recommended to us and we were very pleased with his work. We had a super quick turnaround and he even went so far as to move his personal commitments around to accommodate our inspection. Brian was great to deal with any very professional. We were buying a brand new home and he still did a full inspection and found things that the builders missed. I got mixed reviews from other home inspection companies if i should even get one done being that it was a brand new home and all.. Brian recommended it and I'm very glad I went through with it. He had my appointment booked the same week I called, and had the report back to me the same night after completing the inspection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Brian did a great job. He was extremely thorough in his work inspecting my new home, and even caught small details like loose electrical outlet covers etc. He allowed me to walk through with him and showed me everything he was seeing and what NEEDED to be fixed, and those things that a person could easily live with and that were just minor annoyances like busted tile grout. I’d highly recommend Brian if anyone is looking for a good quality, thorough home inspection.

I cannot recommend Brian enough. He is knowledgeable on many aspects of home inspection. The report was professional and easy to understand with a step by step approach. He gives you the information and the confidence to move forward with your purchase. We used his service to do an inspection on a property we were recently very luck to purchase. I have been in the construction industry many years and a service as thorough and professional as Brian's, is few and far. Highly recommend.

Osprey seems like a good service for a buyer. They came into our home and damaged our hatch and left a mess which had to be cleaned up before my partner could enter her bedroom. We keep our attic hatch siliconed because of the air sucked from the sides when fans are on. My partner has severe allergies to insulation, which was tracked to parts of our home. Brian sent a message apologizing for just cutting the hatch seal and leaving a mess. Broom was in the broom closet. This person is banned from my home. Inspection was good, for the buyer. If something is sealed or locked, leave it alone unless you leave it how you found it. Update: basic response from Osprey was to ignore damage. I always saidthat every company errors on occasion, but true integrity is on the onus of that company to rectify. If I error with my customer, I do what is in my power to make it right. I don't feel that was done (as shown in pictures). I'd be more than happy to demonstrate how to use a utility knife for future jobs.Case closed.

Brian recently inspected our new home and we are super happy with his professionalism and quality of work. Not only was he resonate, he was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the job whatsoever (he had close to 5000 sqft to check over.) He has continued to be supportive even after possession. Brian completed a townhouse home inspection on our unit in West Kelowna. He was recommended by our Realtor. Great people surround themselves with great people.Brian is a qualified professional. I interviewed him over the phone prior to contracting his services and he explained his service offering and qualifications and I my concerns with the property.His review was very thorough, even beyond the scope of a regular inspection; such as appliance condition assessment. His knowledge, education and previous work experience greatly supports his inspection career.Prior to leaving the site he provided us with a verbal report out which gave us a chance to ensure he assessed our areas of concern. We received the final report complete with photos and excellent documentation within a couple hours of site work. We highly recommend Osprey.
