We contracted Doormate to repair a door damaged in an attempted break in. They came out, did some measurements, and said they might be able to do it a week later. Instead, they made it out the next day and did the job expertly and quickly. Highly recommend.

Recently asked them to fix my door. I was sent two men, Eli and his coworker (in which I unfortunately didn’t get the name of). They were amazing. They were originally going to be late, and were so kind to let me know and asked if I’d still be available. When they did come, they called ahead again to make sure I was still free. Eli explained the options for my door repair, weighed the pros and cons with me, and executed my choice with such ease. It was great. I really appreciated his friendliness, genuine recommendations and professionalism. Definitely would recommend Eli and his coworker!

Need to get a an outside door repaired ASAP and it way already 6pm… called Doormate and they were very quickly able to let me know when they could come and how much it would cost and they were at my place to fix the door by 7:30. Excellent service, very professional and didn’t give me any “shady” people vibes.
