Have no idea what they're doing in there waited half an hour for a refund but sftwr they messed it up.and then they told me that something was wrong with my card... how is something wrong with my card for a refund lolWent across town to the other and refunded it no issues.

It wasn't awful here but I didn't feel very welcome. Please take tips from the south London Penningtons. I also bought a pair of pants under the signage of an offer and they were not part of the offer. I still got them because I wanted them but it was misleading. Customer service needs work but the store itsself was clean (and new) lots of space in the change rooms.

I was told that my size was hard to find. I feel like this brand was about size inclusiveness and I didn’t need feel like that at this location.I also went to go try on my clothes and no one was there and when I went to ask if I could try these items on, I was instructed to go find a room myself.I understand if the store was busy but I was the only person in the store. I did not feel welcome at this location as well. Super disappointed and will not be returning.

Nice store it was clean, but I found the selection lacking and the staff wasn't very friendly. In past experiences with this store when they were at the plaza near best buy they were friendly and tried to assist me, I had to hunt a girl down to go to the dressing room, I will go to the London south location next time.
