Walked in at 930 to get a big gulp, walked out of the store at 945 because I was waiting in line for 15 mins. Slow debit machines and always one employee making orders for mobile pickup. Change these 2 things and it'll get better.

Most every employee is great especially the night staff. My problem is with one individual on the day staff, if you don't like your job quit. . This staff member will stand there , not say a word, expect you to know that they are ready to cash you out and they're very rude. This staff member was there today in the afternoon about 4pm, out of the two staff members this person was the tallest. . It's your job to greet a customer, At the very least you could say I can help who's next" but you couldn't even be bothered to do that. I'm not the only person to notice this person being rude. You're in customer service act like it. Again props to the rest of the staff. If it weren't for her this 7/11.would get a 5 star review from me."

I thought today I'd order a chicken sandwich. I've had the wings and their always great. I thought the sandwich would be like other places with mayo pickles etc. For almost $7 just got a piece of chicken and bun. No napkin, no mayo....nothing. Is this how they always serve them??

I was extremely surprised to see that this 7-11 sold Fried Chicken, and it's pretty good Fried Chicken too (Not Popeyes, but far better than I ever expected a 7-11 to have). I'm still searching the city for another (i.e. closer) 7-11 location that carries the Fried Chicken. The location near me only has the kebabs.

I don't mind this 7/11 not like there is to many in London anyways. But it's a 7/11 nothing to special. Besides there are couple ladies in there that need to leave their attitudes outside or at home. Like I wrote in another thing. If you don't like your job then look for another! But don't be a B**** to your customers cuz ur hating on your job or don't no how to leave your personal problems at home. But 7/11 will always be known for their Slushies. I love them!! But the rest of the staff are pretty nice.
