It was a positive experience. We saw an ad for a Civic on their lot while we were in the neighbourhood, so we just showed up, no appointment (this sometimes annoys used car dealers), and Georges could not have been more pleasant. He threw me the keys, answered my questions straightforwardly, and wasn't the least bit pushy when I said the car wasn't for me (the condition was more rough than I was ready to deal with).On the way out, I saw a Camry that cost a little more than the cash I had on me to buy a car, but it checked off all my boxes. I've always paid cash for my cars, but it was very simple to get a payment plan for the balance, and I drove off with exactly the car I wanted.A week after my purchase, I was going to pay for a Carfax report to see if some factory recall work had been performed. Instead, I called them up and they sent the document right over.I recommend these people without hesitation and I intend to go to them first for my next purchase.

They are a great dealership. I bought a Mazda 3 from them, when I bought it, it had some rusted spots that they agreed to fix to sell the car to me. At the moment I had to leave with the car immediately, but they told me I could come back at any time so that they could fix these rusted spots. I took it back recently and they kept their word, great service and trustworthy personnel!
