The experience of visiting this clinic can be hit or miss for me. While some engagements are satisfactory, others fail to meet expectations. To address the issue of privacy concerns, it would greatly benefit from implementing a numbering system for patients instead of calling out names. This would also help overcome the challenge of mispronouncing names, ensuring that no patient is unintentionally missed or overlooked. And then there the wait times geez, the longest I stayed was 6 hours

Had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Librach and the create team. When asking around, it was the most recommended clinic. There can be some lengthy wait times for appointments most days, but you’re getting such tailed to your needs medical care that it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

I cried so hard. I’m a surrogate. this experience for me is very negative! Not a deaf friendly. I requested to provide me VRI many time and I never get my language access. The nurses are so monster! What happen to your disability policy?! I have been ignore many time and the nurse and CFC called me abused and aggressive after I ask for VRI!

Don’t trust their baby photos on the wall. Create is having bad labs and unscrupulous doctors. Dr.L even call me by himself after 8pm after I decided not to do the second round of IVF, so ironic! Every time I went the the clinic I need to wait for him about 2 hours. But he call me back for money. Don’t trust them anymore.

I am a surrogate, so this is my point of view after my first visit. I was here getting all my medical clearance, and they were absolutely fantastic! Front desk was so great, and the lady who collected my blood work was really good as well. I had Laura for me Sono and she was great! Explaining everything as she went. I’m excited for my journey there going forward.

I'm a surrogate and only work with couples that work with create. Dr. Librach has successfully transfered all the embryos of most of the babies I've carried. 4 complete families and counting thanks to create and I being a great team!

I remember my first appointment. I cried because I was scared. Dr Baratz said a joke to help make me laugh and calm down. I am forever thankful for Create Fertility Centre. Being a mother is a true blessing. I wish they performed deliveries as well. God bless you Dr Baratz. And the entire Create Fertility team.

It’s taken me a long time to write this review. What an awful experience during such a trying time in my life. I’ve never felt more like a burden or a number in any other healthcare situation. Getting a response from Dr. Sharma’s receptionist was next to impossible. Even until today, I have genetic material stored and I can’t get a response on what I can do with it. I would like to donate it but nobody answers my numerous emails or phone messages. That is the norm.For women that are going through infertility, you would do just about anything to have your precious baby. And this place really made it feel like a cattle call. And there was a lack of empathy on top of that. I’ve heard better things about other fertility clinics in the city. And I would definitely recommend checking out your options. Because this place felt awful. Bad (terrible) communication. Overcrowded. And doctors that just lacked sympathy.

The medication cost for three cycles of IVF amounted to $16,000, plus $12500 for procedures for which is quite expensive given the current economic conditions. It's a significant financial burden that might discourage people from pursuing parenthood. I personally had no choice but to proceed with the treatment because I had already begun the process. It's crucial for healthcare providers to inform patients about all the costs involved prior to initiating treatment. Sorry but with all the good job the doctors do, it is too expensive. And most of the receptionists are nasty and there is too much casual unprofessional conversations happening. Do better for the money come through this establishment to professional. Oh and there is little privacy happening from calling of names to previous patient ultrasound left on the monitors.

I moved to Create after a less positive experience at another clinic and it was like night and day. Are the waits long? Yes, but when you get to see your dr everytime and have personalized plans, it's worth it. Dr.Sharma found something the other clinic missed. The lab is stellar. The nurses are lovely. Admin could use much better communication but I think they just need more staff and that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I highly recommend Create. I will never forget how happy Dr.Sharma was to review our US results after we confirmed our pregnancy. She really does care about her patients success! We have a beautiful baby boy thanks to Create and they are holding onto his siblings until we are ready for our next transfer!
