Super friendly and very convenient! Julie, the groomer, has years of dog grooming experience. More so, she showed tremendous compassion to our elder Bishon/Shitzu, and took extra time and care to help calm her nerves. Highly recommend this amazing, new pet grooming service in Ottawa!
