This branch is awful. The two regular tellers act as if you are bothering them with your presence. Especially the younger one.The older teller once told me to hold on while she drank her coffee first! For real?Went there this Wednesday around 1pm to find that there were no tellers to be found .Just told that they were gone for an hour. That's it!Stay away from this branch unless you want to be aggravated and annoyed.The branch manager has a lot of explaining to do.Made a complaint to the ombudsman. Hire people who want to work!

I when 3 times to cibc that Mirna Katrji didn’t refund my charge!!! The worst part is, it’s her fault in the beginning!!! Even, if she refund me !!!! She took too long it has been couple of weeks!!! I’m very disappointed that MIRNA KATRJI SCAM ME !!! 0 stars!!!

Definitely not the same as the Chomedey branch! The tellers give a mediocre experience, but most importantly, the branch manager is not well versed in her role. Really made me consider transferring all my money out of CIBC after mismanaging it.

Please remove your parking entrance buffer! on the side facing McDo- it sticks out too much- its too long and can't be seen by drivers entering!I've gone over it multiple times myself & thought I was the only one. But yesterday, the driver behind me literally did the same thing- there was a loud bash- they got out to see the damage underneath. Here's a photo of the annoying thing >>>

Was promised a gift card in exchange of consulting services for investment services. Never received. On top of that, representative was speaking another language over the phone with her supervisor. Impolite.

It's not considered a branch anymore. Only have reps who do mortgages and credit lending. No more customer service desk. It's sad where is humanity going? I wish there was a petition we can sign. We need humans not robots.

Formerly a full service bank, this branch has recently been renovated and unfortunately no longer offers any form of regular banking or teller services at all. They instead have several Apple and PC and iPhone and Android self service terminals for customers to access their own online accounts
