Slow service and I asked for lightly toasted sandwich and they gave me one burnt. After complaining, the manager said that's the lowest setting. Well, it was blackened burnt! Not my problem your equipment is faulty

Food is always good and staff is friendly. They keep the tables and chairs clean. The floor is always swept up..The women's washroom is always clean. They take pride in their work. Lots of parking. Good variety. Students can work on their homework. No one rushed them out. Nice music plays, so you can relax. Sometimes there is a line up to get in...Well worth the wait!!

I recently picked up an order of 5 beverages through the drive-thru. Seeing that I was alone in the car, the very friendly woman at window asked what beverage was mine so that it wasn't put in the tray. I was so surprised and pleased at this. A simple little thing has made my day.*this was at 10 am on Wed March 8.If anyone reading this knows who she might be, please give her a smile and a hug from me, and let her know how this very simple question boosted my spirits.

While service was slow (busy afternoon) staff was very friendly… boys who served me at the front counter were very kind and respectful… order was correct and food was very good… will be going back (sunday april 2 2023 at around 1pm)

The level of incompetence here is astounding. It takes dedication to consistently mess up my order everytime.Do they even train these employees?

Worst location I've been at. I long for the day of getting my order correct the first time.I don't know if it's lack of training, or a lack of common sense.The coffee at the Pioneer down the street is better.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. They are beyond slow and talk over customers when they are speaking . Today, they talked over us when we were trying to order , then they messed up the order and have such bad attitudes.

Great Tim Horton's, although with the prices being so high, you would think they could replace the filthy cloth chairs by the front of their restaurant. Food was delicious, but not filling..beef & onion sandwich. Staff very polite.

Fast and friendly service at this Tim Horton's. I was happily greeted when I approached the counter. I ordered ahead using the Tim's app. When I entered the store my order was ready to go. There was ample parking at this location. Easy to get in and out.
