Still looking for my home but so far great staff and accountability. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Possibly the worst place to deal with. We had such problems with our first realtor we ended up switching and then refused to even buy a home from that person if they were the sellers agent. Fast forward we get our home, seller is represented by Royal lepage (different agent). Had to get my lawyer involved to solve issues because the agent kept “ghosting” my agent and even my lawyers email. Upon calling the brokerage to let them know their agent just doesn’t respond, the office manager had such an attitude and tried to tell me what I did wrong with my purchase. Guess what? The problem is being fixed and they withheld funds. Don’t mess with people and homes that are costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars. Just unprofessional all around. I’d recommend Remax in a heartbeat though.
