Affordable Egress installed drain tile & sump pump in my basement. We received multiple estimates from other companies for this work, but decided on Affordable Egress for many reasons. I appreciated how transparent Joe (owner) was with the work and the cost. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need and didn’t try to pressure me into a sale with a “same day discount.” He was black and white, which was quite refreshing!When they worked they were efficient, professional, and did quality work! I would recommend Affordable Egress & Basement waterproofing to anyone with basement water issues.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! I’m beyond happy with the fantastic job Affordable Egress did when installing an egress window, sump pump and drain tiles in my home. The basement bedroom was dark and dingy and prone to flooding. Due to their superior work, the room is full of light and beautiful! No more flooding, which says so much considering the amount of snow we had this year! They were extremely professional, wonderful to work with and completed the job within the time frame quoted. I’m thrilled at the amazing job they did and Christina is the best!! Highly recommend!!

We chose Affordable Egress Windows due to their high-quality construction. We take pride in our home and wanted to be sure that our egress window added value vs. looking cheap or inconsistent with the rest of the house. Joe and Christine with Affordable Egress Windows helped us select the right window for our home, and their build quality was excellent. The boulder wall turned out better than we could have hoped... really beautiful! We haven't completed the landscaping yet, but you can see in the below photo how great the boulders look. Our construction took place during COVID-19, and Joe and his team were very respectful of our social-distancing needs. All in all, great experience, highly recommended.

Christina and Joe worked with us to replace our very old egress windows and wells with new casement windows and wells that blended with the style of the rest of our duplex. Fantastic service, quality of work and very professional. We had two windows egresses in our basement. Installation was completed in two days (Day 1: digging, wells & cutting, Day 2: window install). They also had nice custom well covers to protect our little one from exploring the well but let all the light into the basement. Customer service is excellent with fast accurate responses. They were able to move up our install date weeks ahead of time which was an unexpected bonus. You should use this company if you need egress windows installed.

Avery and his crew did a phenomenal job installing an egress window in a bedroom in the basement of my house. Explained to me his thought process on the location of the window and also framed the window very nicely on the interior. Elite job! Would highly recommend.
