I went for an emergency vet visit for my kitten to this clinic because none near me had any spots available. Not only did they manage to get me in within a few hours but gave her a thorough exam, treatment, and meds for a VERY reasonable price. Within the night, my lethargic and refusing to eat kitten perked up, started eating, and moving around. Her eye infection has already went down and I am so happy to see her acting like a normal kitten. Thank you guys so much!

I am writing this review never thinking in a million years id have to or would be but I'm in absolute shock and disbelief and people never surprise me even if its there career choice to be there for us .I have been a customer of this veterinary hospital for over 8 years and have 2 small dogs that are the absolute love of my life. I have missed 1 appointment in that time due to a family emergency but other that that have always brought them in for check ups and shots etc,and no where else putting all my eggs in one basket so to speak. I woke up Friday morning as I work mon-fri in Etobicoke and my female was and still is acting funny ,shakes and no motor skills with trouble walking and is only 6 years old so really not normal normally she's a ball of fire. I called the clinic and asked if they could see her Saturday sometime as I'm in Toronto and was told NO! in an occupation where emergencies or severe things come up wouldn't a business have a few set openings to accommodate a poor animal in trouble ,now i don't really know if its severe or not at this point but compassion , caring and an urgent need to help my helpless baby girl who is definitely in huge need of help you would assume be a huge top priority. Not only was I told I couldn't get her in til next Saturday but was also told that I should take her somewhere else if I wanted her seen sooner. I'm still in shock ,and cant believe they cant fit her in to make her better. IN being fair I assume that the vet doesn't know about what transpired because I never got past reception on Friday Mar 19 at 9 am when I called .So i am now spending my Saturday morning frantically trying to find someone to look at her and figure out what's wrong .So if this help one person make a decision when choosing a vet then all is good because how soon people forget they are our love and life babies .

I called about something urgent and they asked me to come in right away rather then send me elsewhere. They were only open for another 30 minutes and took the time to help. I’m very impressed with their care and customer service.

I want to give a huge shout out and hearty recommendation of the Nottawasaga Valley Veterinary Hospital.I was on their doorstep with a mostly dead 19 year old cat in a laundry basket, weeping and begging them to help me help her. They graciously took us in without an appointment and proceeded to treat us like loyal clients who had been there for years, instead of who we truly were: strangers who had never been to see them before. The absolute compassion and kindness they showed me and my poor girl, Minette, in her final moments overwhelms me. Bloodwork confirmed that she had purposely run away due to advanced kidney disease, and it was her time to go. They helped me provide that peace for her, and did so with such care and dignity that I cannot say enough good things about them. I needed the support and validation that I was making the right decision, and they gave that without question, even though it was our first moment in their clinic.I found them by searching a local Facebook community group for veterinarian recommendations, and the resounding endorsement of their clinic was absolutely confirmed by my experience during a time of heartbreaking distress. They made everything easier, and I want to make sure that anyone in town looking for a vet knows that they are the kind of facility that will treat your animal like their own family member.Despite it being my cat's final moments, I was patiently listened to and asked questions about who she was, and was made to feel as if my dying girl mattered to them, regardless of it being the only time they'd ever meet her. I was able to smile and laugh during a visit where I never would have imagined that would be possible.Cindy, Danielle, and Dr Angela truly made a difference in my and Minette's life, and I am so grateful to them for being there for us with such overwhelming kindess.I look forward to the next, happier chapters in our relationship together as I bring our new kittens in for their care.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the clinic! The ladies are fantastic, caring and kind hearted and treat all the animals that walk in the door as their own. Our Nova girl has terrible anxiety and they always do their best to accommodate and make her feel comfortable. I drive an hour just for this clinic and I would give 100 stars if I could :) we appreciate all you do !
