I am rating this building on affordability and on-site management. The building is very old so my expectations are not high due to the fact that old buildings always have pest issues. The video attached is for a bachelor apartment.Now listen here, people go through different stages in life where they find themselves in Low income Situations where they can’t afford too much. Buildings like these exist for that very reason.However when people are given an opportunity to live in these buildings they take advantage of the opportunity and live dirty lives not taking care of their place, then who suffers? Everyone else who actually takes care of their apartments. That’s how you get things like bugs and mice.This building offers budget living costs, but it comes with some issues like having neighbours who don’t clean up their place resulting in bugs. But if you keep your place clean and spray bug spray you have a higher likelihood to live here bug free.
