Determined to invest my family's funds with an Advisor/Group/Bank that could provide quality financial planning, solid returns based on real track records & individuals I could connect with on a personal level...I began my search.I met with 2 - top tier banks, 2 - private investment groups & Jay @ Cedar Rock Financial who was referred to me by my long time Accountant who is also a family friend.Return rates ranged, some very high (to good to be true...I think so - be careful) but most around the same vicinity. The banks, were very corporate - 30 min presentation & then...do you have any questions. To impersonal for me. The private groups I spoke with didn't have the extensive financial planning that I was looking for either.Being newer to investing, I had lots" of questions.
