I took in a pair of glasses that were not originally purchased from Hakim. I needed replacement nose pads. The staff very quickly found and installed a suitable set. Then they would not allow me to pay for the pads or the time spent installing them. All they said was Merry Christmas!". Fabulous customer service!"

I thought the customer service at this location was excellent, they helped resolve an issue I had with my new glasses and I appreciated that! Decent selection of frames and a good location, lots of parking and easy access!

Freindly, great service, went to other store on woolwich, TERRIBLE SERVICE! JUST WANTED ADJUSTMENT! STAY AWAY , NEVER ADJUSTED PROPERLY, SILVERCREEK IN AND OUT 5 MIN PROPERLY ADJUSTED, FREINDLY, THANK YOU LADIES

Not a happy customer. My glasses are extremely cheap, and they come loose everyday. I had to go on Amazon and purchase a glasses repair kit 2 weeks after buying my them so i can keep up on the tightening of screws daily. I took my glasses in the day after I got them to show them that the lens was loose and rotating inside of the frame, and that the one arm was loose as well. She quickly tightened the arm up but couldn't fix the lens. I feel it could fall out at any moment, especially during cleaning. I figured I'd give Hakim a try, but I wont be returning. Poor quality....very very poor quality.

Great people, they let you know that they can help when you enter the store and then let you look at the glasses, this laid back approach helps me feel comfortable as a customer.And the eye exam was really great too, I find most eye exams are really rushed but this one wasn’t. She took her time with the different lenses and my result was really accurate based off that extra time spent doing it right.If you want exact results and great service, I’d recommend this place.

Great service. Friendly staff and manager. Nice selection of glasses. I would give them 5 stars if they would actually call me when they say they’re going to call me. I think they have the intention to call you but maybe the process of noting/returning calls is flawed or lacking.

I visited the Silver Creek location and had a wonderful experience with Valerie and Catherine!! I was looking for a new look for my frames and both were extremely helpful and more importantly HONEST...I truly appreciated this!! They helped me picked out some really nice frames for glasses and fun frames for my sunglasses. They also worked it out so that I would benefit the most with the current promotion! I never felt rushed and I appreciated their focus on providing me with a great customer experience. I cannot wait to get my new glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses! Thank you Valerie and Catherine. It's always refreshing to see exceptional customer service!

I can't in good conscience recommend this store. While shopping around, they offered the best price for two pair of lenses [I explicitly told them I was bringing my own two frames]. Upon returning a few weeks later to purchase, I was told they could not offer that deal as I was bringing in frames rather than purchasing them there. Against better judgement, I went ahead. Was told 2 weeks to do the first pair [I needed to keep one pair of frames with old lenses, to see in the meantime] as there is no lab on the premises. Cut to 4 weeks later, I came in when called, and was handed a pair of frames that were quite obviously not the ones I dropped off with them. Two days later came back to receive the first pair after they had been located. Dropped off the 2nd pair with them, and 3.5 weeks later I have both pair in my procession. The prescription seems correct, however I am again certain I asked for anti-glare coating and this has not been applied and does not show on the receipt [admittedly I should have checked this initially upon payment]. Further, as to the location itself, as a person with disability, the store has a severe lack of accessibility. Not even a ramp in the curb [which is quite high] to step up from the parking lot. I did get a workable product from them, hence the 2 stars, but I won't be going back there, ever.

Terrible first impression. Told the salesperson I was looking for new frames. First thing the salesperson did was grab my prescription, assuming there was a sale already.When I finally was directed to frames, a total mess of a display greeted us .... with not a price tag in sight.
