The staff were polite and inviting. I had my Honda Civic 2020s front windshield replaced. I was able to use a courtesy car and the job was done correctly and under the said time it would take. I would definitely come back to Family Glass. Thanks!

Pretty amazing service... Family Glass ordered a windshield for my Volvo - it is an Instaclear one with electric heat. I brought the vehicle in the day of my appointment and was told that it would likely be ready that afternoon. A courtesy car was provided. About lunch time I received a phone call that there had been a complication - the replacement windshield had been mis-manufactured (a hole was not threaded). However, they actually arranged for one of their staff to drive to Kelowna to pick up another windshield. There was an accident, so the road north of Kelowna was closed - he actually looped around through West Kelowna via the Westsyde road, picked up the windshield, returned to Kamloops (via the same indirect route), and my vehicle was done by 5:30 that evening. Talk about going the extra mile" (actually quite a few of them). Thanks again for the amazing service!"

I honestly had the best experience at family glass. The customer service was tremendous and the service was fast and efficient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to order in a replacement window faster than anyone else in town, and they fixed it in under an hour. They even managed to find me a courtesy car so that I could go pick up my kid from daycare.10/10 would recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks for such a great experience!

A huge thank you to Kelly and Family Glass. Today while in Kamloops we got a rock chip that quickly spread. I looked up a glass company and saw the high rating for Family Glass so we headed there. We were disappointed when we were told they were unable to fit us in for a few day. As we were getting in the car to leave we were told that we could be fit in right away. They fixed it and we drove away all in the matter of 30 minutes. They were all very professional but best of all so cheerful and appeared to really enjoy their job. It's so nice to go into a business that you feel so welcome. Thanks for going the extra mile. We will be repeat customers (hopefully not too often) even though we are from out of town.

Very friendly and responsive. I reached out to them via the online form on their website and they responded first thing the next morning. I got replacement glass installed on a large picture frame and they had it done in a couple hours. Fairly priced. Bonus; there's a dog at their front counter!
