2 Step Movers

I have hired 2 Step movers for my July 2021 moving and they are excellent. They arrived on time. They wrapped my furniture and other stuff and moved with gently. The crew were so hardworking and polite. Crew put my stuff where i wanted in my new home. I would highly recommend them and i will hire them in future.

Kevin is very professional in his work. He goes as per plan and commitment. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, kind and complete shipment without any huddle. Our move went very smooth and each time transferred with care. Thank you Kevin.

The quality and service you get from 2 Step Movers is unmatched! Everything from start to finish went smooth. Jazz was very friendly and he explained the whole process to us over the phone. And pricing was extremely simple. (compared to some of these other companies that charge per item, like how are you supposed to determine that) Then fast forward to moving day, the crew shows up ON TIME wrapped all my furniture with pads, all the mattress were in covers and worked very efficiently. Not a single thing was damage or even scratched and I moved a full 4 bedroom house from Markham to Mississauga. I would definitely recommended contacting this company if you are planning on moving!

Hired Raj's team to move. They were on time and provided me with updates on their arrival. The moving team was very professional and took care of the items and furniture with good care. They did a good job with the move. Very happy with the results.

I would give them a 0 star but too bad there is no option for this! These guys are a scam, they don’t care about customer service and CANNOT deliver on time. For my wedding I had to push back my whole event time just because these people do not know how to show up on time to set up. My event was on a Sunday at 12, instead of coming the day before to set up they showed up on the day of my event right at 12 when it starts…. I had 4 events with them and all 4 they ruined my wedding experience. At first it was showing up late to set up and when I asked them they had said we promise we will show up on time. Then did not even show up till 3am on the day of my wedding. For my last event they started to ask my guests and family for the remainder $500 without even finishing their tent job and set top up chairs and tables. Their money issue should be with the person that ordered the tent not with other people. In fact I paid them $2k in advance before they even finished the last event set up. They left without even setting up the tables, chairs and moving the tent. My elderly family and guests had to do this… how embarrassing! They then called my husband during the event and threatened him to show up with his boys and tear down the tents in front of my family and guests. What kind of a business says they’re going to bring their boys… are you running a business or something else? I was terrified for the safety of my guests and family. They were very disrespectful and did not know business manner. I had already paid them for my 3 events and half of my 4th event and for $500 they threatened us when the event was not even done….Please save yourself from these tent people, don’t go through what I went through! And thank you for making my wedding experience so stressful, worst service ever!

These guys moved me from Scarborough to Whitby in record time. They worked hard and tirelessly and got the job done ! Very professional staff who checked in every step of the way to make sure everything was the way we wanted. Pricing is much cheaper than other moving services we contacted while shopping around. Kevin and his team really ' moved ' me with their service. Moving is not an easy job but they did it with smiling faces and with professionalism. Kevin came two days prior to our moving date and l was bit skeptical about one sentence he said then we will do whatever you would like us to do and to your satisfaction " but he stood by his words and when the work was finished l knew the value of his words which were true.Rates are reasonable. Do not trust your stuff with these guys. They showed up an hour late, and of the 3 guys one barely did anything and the other complained the entire time. During the move they massively scraped one of our walls and no one even acknowledged that it happened. Then when it came time to pay them, they said they needed to charge tax to write us an invoice. Ok. Charge us tax then. It’s been two weeks since our move and in spite of several reminders I have yet to get a receipt. I plan on reporting them to BBB and am not letting this matter go. Raj has disappeared and not be heard from.

The whole team was great and easy to work with. I spoke with Raj prior to the move get things sorted. We had a lot of stuff. A LOT. They showed up on time and maintain a good attitude the entire day. Kevin managed our move and everyone worked so hard. It was a super long day, but the work got done. Moving isn't fun, but I have no complaints with this team. Reminder to tip well, Moving is hard work!
