Had a slow leak in a tire. They found the problem and, fixed it in a timely manner. Would recommend them.

Great service & advice from Mike and Adam at the front desk. Very knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly! Let alone the quality of the service is fantastic! Not just a tire centre as they can take care of all your mechanical needs. Stop using the the dealerships and go to a quality shop like Trail Tire!

Amazing! They provided me with the best possible deal I could find in Kelowna on new tires for this upcoming season. It was actually so good it caught me by surprise. After all was said and done it turns out I accidentally paid $50 to much in cash and they promptly called me back to let me know!Honesty, integrity, amazing service, and great people / customer service. I would recommend Trail Tires to anyone and I will be using them again!

Adam and Mike are great about scheduling and getting the vehicle ready on time. I would gladly recommend Trail Tire to perform any mechanical repairs that are required. If they cannot fix a problem they will recommend the next best place.

Locally owned business surviving amongst big national chains such are Kal tire, located only 200 meters from Cavell, and still more affordable than others(different brand of tires, but still similar quality what others offer). Fair and honest advices and service, and friendly guys. I love supporting local and they proved they are most affordable and the best many times. Since 1975 i believe. When u leave the car with them u can have a peace of mind and not be scared omg what will they find to charge me extra or to rip me off like many other places do( Canadian oil change.. sorry had to be honest.. every time i plan to go only for damn simple oil change they always find something to press me with to add to the original work, they don't take easy no as an answer lol).
