Wow!My aunt was having a particularly challenging day. In my attempt to bring some cheer to her, I reached out to The Kent Floris. I was amazed by their exceptional assistance in arranging the delivery of flowers to my aunt, who resides a few towns away.To my astonishment, within just 30 minutes, the flowers were at my aunt's doorstep, and she even sent me a photo to share the beauty of the arrangement. The flowers themselves were exquisite, and the price was absolutely perfect!I deeply appreciate the remarkable customer service provided by the individual I spoke with I cannot recall their name. We were very impressed with our flower arrangements. Ann was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. She worked with our tight schedule of planning a funeral and created stunning arrangements that beautifully represented our loved one. Some of the flowers in the picture we chose were not available due to season and short notice, these were replaced with amazing alternatives. We truly thank Kent Florist, our hopes and expectations were exceeded in many ways.

Beautiful bouquet of flowers at a reasonable price. The ambience of the store is fantastic - I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to pick up my order how much cool stuff they have in there. Will definitely come in early next time so I can browse. I wish I had taken a picture of the bouquet so I could attach to the review but I'll do so next time.

Easy to use website to order flowers for a dear friend in another city.20 min. drive from florist to delivery address cost me $15. Very fair.Flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were called to assure someone would be home to accept delivery and asked to wait until driver was back in their car before answering door. COVID. Very pleased. I didn't want to hit the NO substitution button offered. But liked the original waxflowers much better then the little purple ones. Babies breath played against the look of serenity and could have been left out.

We have ordered large orders from them a few times, with relatively short notice and they were amazing! They delivered on time, and everything looked beautiful. They were also VERY friendly, helpful and had great follow-up. Great to work with, plus, open on Sundays! We highly recommend!

Amazing! The arrangement I ordered for my mother's celebration of life with less than 24 hour notice was perfect. There had to be some flower substitutions which is understandable, but the arrangement ended up looking better than what I had originally ordered. They really took into consideration what colours we wanted and it was exquisite! Delivered on time and with care. I would highly recommend The Kent Florist!

A very busy store but I was greeted immediately and had my request processed within 15 minutes. Flowers were nicely presented and carefully wrapped for transporting. In terms of value for money, I’d say not too bad - same as most florists in the area. Customer service was good and the recipient loved the flowers.
