I had an amazing experience from my first visit on the web site to the delivery.The instore experience was great. I found that there was lots of different style and the person who was there was very knowledgeable and helpful.They helped me find what I needed and what could work in the space I had at home. The delivery was on time and they did a great job assembling the furniture. They worked fast and well. They were respectful and left the place clean.The quality is amazing! I slept on my sofa-bed for a few nights, it was super comfortable and so easy to pull out and back in the next morning.The dining table looks amazing, fits perfectly in my little space and once again the quality is unbelievable.I will be back and I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent customer service! Totally attentive and not high pressure. First time at Palucci. This was suppose to be the first of several places we were going to check out. We walked out of the store and decided we didn’t need to see any competitors. We came back the next day and bought our new living room furniture. The experience was the same calibre of excellence, friendliness, professionalism as we experienced the day before. 5/5 ⭐️s!

What a fantastic company! My sofa arrived on time and was set up easily. There was a small snafu that the company dealt with immediately and I am so thrilled with their service and product. The sofa looks fabulous, is super comfortable and is easy to adjust. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for furniture. They are absolutely excellent! A very nice experience shopping for furniture at Pallucci. Irina greeted us right away and was very pleasant. My family and I were looking for a dining set and sectional sofa and Irina guided us, helping us see different details in a couple things that caught our eye. Selection was great, prices are reasonable, furniture is modern yet classic, made in Canada and from what we could see, quality products. In the end, we found what we were looking for and they were on sale! Can’t wait to receive them. Thank you so much Irina!

** EDIT: Knocked off a star for table durability **The coating the wood is covered with is prone to scratching. We found one today and have no idea what caused it, we've only had the table for 2 months!We still love the chairs, though - they are comfortable and wide.---Very friendly and attentive staff. We were greeted as soon as we entered, and promptly shown to the dining table section. Irina was informative and provided a great recommendation for comfortable dining chairs and a versatile table. We are fans of a simple yet elegant space, and we are certain the choice we made will do the job wonderfully. Best of all, we were able to accomplish this within our budget.
