Blackstone is one of the best supplier here locally in Ottawa, we have been dealing with them for many years, very good product, wide range of stones, reputable company and honors their warranty.

We had an excellent experience at Blackstone. They have an amazing variety and everything is so organized and clean! The staff was great and went above and beyond to help us find the right stone. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone in Ottawa!

We were send by our fabricator to Blackstone to choose stone for our kitchen countertop. Really knowledgeable stuff and the selection of natural stone and quartz they had, it took us a few minutes to find the right one for our countertop. Highly recommend them.

This place has some nice things to see but don't bother checking out any samples if it will take you more than a month do decide on counter tops. They won't refund you!! This is where they make most of their money. What will a person do with 4-5 counter top samples?? They are only interested in making money off people who are already spending thousands to renovate or build and destroying the environment, because if you don't return them for a refund, you will likely throw them in the garbage, and here they go in the landfill!! Stay away from this company if you can! You should consider getting rid of your no return policy after 30 days. As long as the person has the receipt and the sample, it shouldn't matter. The $10 is charged to encourage people to bring it back, if you don't reimburse, then what is the point. *** Thank you for trying to make this right for customers and the environment. Samples will be returned tomorrow!

Then Peggy took me for a tour around the showroom and together we looked at every possible option that suited my needs. She offered so much excellent feedback and suggestions on the different options. I spent 1.5 hours looking through the showroom falling in love with many different stones - Peggy frequently checked in on me to see if she could answer any questions or help me in my decision. My experience at Black Stone was the absolute best and I will 100% recommend anyone shopping in the market to head your way. I can’t wait to see my new kitchen! Blackstone has an extensive selection of natural stone and quartz at their warehouse. Their zenith line is the one the quartz best with a wide variety of colours to choose from. They also carry a wide selction of natural stones including granites, marbles , quartzites and dolomites. The on-site staff are very welcoming is, are always very helpful and never pressure you. My favourite thing about Blackstone is that no matter the job, big or small, they deliver on time with your schedule. They treat every client the same, perfectly!

Ali at Black Stone is the best! He is so knowledgeable and he will spend time with you passionately discussing options and what he thinks will work best for your particular project. There are tons of options and materials to choose from, and I would highly recommend Ali and Black Stone to anyone.
