Terrible service. Booked a taxi from this service online and prepaid. Taxi never showed up. Call service not answering phone, social media account not responding. When finally got a hold of someone on the phone, they had no idea about the booking and hung up - no help at all. We are stranded in a city with nowhere to go and relied on this service for transport back. Extremely disappointed and will be expecting a refund and coverage for transport we ended up paying.

So Ordered a Cab to an Event Thorld to St. Catherine's Google 14 min . Picked up door to door there $34.00 . Called to be picked up to go back to Thorld cab cost $20.00 $14.00 doller difference. My Cab going to the Event space took the long route and ripped me off .... Thank you to our driver who took us back to our hotel...

Absolutely furious with the treatment I've got from this company. First I booked a taxi days in advance, which cost me over 100 dollars, then they didn't show up which made me almost missed my plane back to the UK. Now I've contacted them multiple times for a refund and no response.

I pre-paid for a scheduled pickup and no one showed up. When I called they were unsympathetic, seemed to not know anything any it, and although they told me they would look into it, I have not received a call back.Cab companies like this are the reason people don't drive sober. Just hoping they give me my money back
