prefer give zero star! i have been this location i was asking the lady pls put my cash in my card and give me a account informs print it out on paper, then pay my tuition, isn't that clear? is there anyone can't understand what i mean? and she walked away take my cash just paid my tuition! later i was asking i want the cash saving to my account she said she already made decision instead of me, are u kidding me? if i just want pay my tuition fee with cash why do i need give my client card? now i see why this location service rate so low and poor!

Had a great experience being helped by Carolina yesterday. She made what was a frustrating issue online with multiple failed phone called to RBC a painless and pleasant in-person experience. Grateful for their great work. Super friendly!

I have dealt with financial institutions for more than 50 years, both professionally and personally, and rarely, if ever, have I encountered a more helpful, patient and supportive advisor than Galina Nikiforova. As the new financial officer of a recovering community organization, I needed the guidance and advice Galina provided in reestablishing our account, and she gave it with great generosity and kindness. Her personal interest and caring simplified the process and made us feel valued and welcome.

This bank should change it's name to the laziest bank in the world. Even a one star should not be considered for this lazy bank. Customer service is nonexistent like everywhere in Canada. This bank takes out money from accounts without consent and the customer ends up with overdraft fees. This bank does not close your accounts when requested. BEWARE of the laziness in this bank! The individuals who work in this bank are slower than sloths, it's unbelievable actually because no problem-solving skills are utilized. Almost like they hire people with zero amount of brain cells and an infinite number of weed cells. Done with this lazy bank and good riddance, Happy new year!

Andrew handles our requests in an urgent manner is patient and makes us feel like we are valued clients. Our transactions have been running smoothly because of him. Thanks Andrew!

In 15 years of banking I have never had one manager sit down and actually give any effort or sympathy for me. Galina, yes this beautiful woman SAT DOWN WITH ME for AN HOUR and worked with me through and through. She cares and helped me out so fabulously that I will recommend her to all! Great job hun your fabulous!

The blonde clerk is ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and extremely genuine. Her exceptional customer service skills are much appreciated. I actually look forward to doing banking at the King St. location!!Well done RBC on King Street!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I deposited my paycheck at the bank on March 15 at the branch on King st in St Catharine's ON.The bank put my paycheck on hold for no apparent reason. I have gotten pays from this employer before.From March 15 to today March 19 I Have been trying to get this resolved.I have called the call centre they said to call the branch. So I did. I spoke to Valerie at the branch. She transferred me to a managers voicemail. I've left voicemail for Tim Conway the manager.I have gotten no help or resolution with this issue.Thanks to this bank I can't buy groceries or do laundry cause they have my money on hold.

Had a horrible experience with this branch 3 times. First time, the mortgage advisor Jacob was excellent but the closing date for my mortgage was delayed by one month while I was paying mortgage at two places the whole month. Second time, an advisor was terrible and when he found out I didn't qualify for a mortgage, he simply stopped replying to my messages to even update me even though I told him the closing date was an urgent matter. I since went ahead with another bank (not sorry RBC). Third time, my loan took 3 weeks to close and 3 months to process while I was paying RBC loan interest on a loan I didn't have access to due to their slow bureaucratic clerk process. During the process, the advisors kept reassuring me that it will be dealt with in a timely manner and they stopped replying to my messages. I since went ahead with another company (not sorry RBC). There is also no free parking at this branch, always homeless people and shady folks lurking around, and the actual customer service is below an acceptable level. I will not be back to this bank.

This bank is absolutely terrible. Every time they are slow & understaffed. Old people working the tills, Manager is just walking around instead of till duty to clear the long lines. This is the 5th time its happening, what is the point having the bank if we can never get served. Terrible. TD is much better! To top it off they close at 5pm, other banks nearby are open till 6pm. Im done with this bank.
