I have had a wonderful experience recently at this location with Carol-Anne getting my first pair of progressive glasses. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and considerate. I recently visited Pearle Vision at Hillside Mall to have my glasses repaired and explore potential replacement options. The entire experience was truly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.Upon entering the store, I noticed Trevor was the sole staff member present. Despite being on his own, he greeted me warmly and promptly offered his assistance. My glasses were in quite rough shape, but Trevor skillfully repaired them to the extent that I won't need to replace them anytime soon. Instead of attempting to sell me a new pair, he demonstrated genuine honesty by focusing on fixing my current frames.Throughout my visit, Trevor remained attentive, patient, and efficient. He listened to my needs and presented potential new frames without any pushy sales tactics. Best glasses store in town, hands down. Carol gave me the best service, she stopped at nothing to help me pick out the finest frames, and the fitting was fast and accurate (they have a cool digital measuring thing that does science). She answered all my questions, and boy howdy did I have a lot. The science behind these glasses is wild. I got progressive lenses for the first time and she helped me know what to expect to adjust to the new prescription. I picked them up and she adjusted them perfectly so they don't pinch my head. They're transitions too, so now I'm protecting my eyes while seeing more clearly than ever before. I can see a fly on a billboard like my dad used to say.Dr Megan Hildebrand dilated my eyes and referred me to a retinal specialist for a potential retinal tear. Without her top notch care I would have no retinas. They also gave me some cool plastic sunglasses to help with my dilated eyes sensitivity to light. Thanks Dr Hildebrand for saving my retinas. Also I got some goop to put in my eyes because I had some irritation in there. I don't like doing it, but it's good for me.

I had great experiences with the staff at this location. They are very friendly and helpful. The store is bright, very clean and it has a great selection of frames. My husband and I recently visited the store to get him set up with new glasses and sunglasses. Fortunately for us, Pearle Vision could direct bill my benefits provider. I've received several compliments on my new glasses at work and elsewhere and I always tell them Pearle Vision - Hillside Mall!" I highly recommend this store."

Over many years my family and I have had great service at Pearle Vision in Hillside Mall. All staff are very friendly and service oriented. Recently, I've had problems finding frames that fit properly with my hearing aids and which don't irritate my skin condition. Trevor, the manager, has been the soul of kindness and patience in helping me find the right fitting frames. Pearle Vision stands behind their commitment to client satisfaction 110%. Highly recommended!

The customer service team here is outstanding. They are knowledgeable, efficient, caring, responsive and true professionals in every sense.They are very accommodating in an often busy environment but understand how to provide the most relevent advice to move things along so everyone is attended to promptly. An uncanny ability to remember individual customer needs tops their resume of service skills.I would highly recommend.

I am visiting from Sydney, Australia, and had the misfortune to break the frame of my sunglasses ... but the VERY good fortune to find Trevor at Pearl Vision in the Hillside Mall. Trevor was so friendly, obliging and helpful and he not only kindly fixed the arm but also checked the other one for me as well. And then he gave them a polish!! His staff are dreading the day he retires so I'd like to start a petition to prevent this from happening. Trevor ... your staff needs you. We all need you. Please don't retire ... Several weeks ago I went to Pearle Vision in Hillside Mall to see about getting my first ever pair of progressives. The customer service was amazing. A woman named Carol-Anne did everything she could to provide me with many options within the price range I could afford. She was incredibly patient with me and made me feel like I was important the entire time I was there. I will definitely be going back to this location for future pairs of glasses.

The customer service at this pearle vision is amazing. Every time I come in for a fitting appointment, to get my glasses adjusted, or to just browse the latest selection I am greeted with an amazing team.Simrat is always knowledgable about the glasses, and great at giving an honest and comforting opinion on what glasses look and feel great. When I come in and she's working I know its going to be a great visit.Carol's customer service is nothing to sneeze at either. When getting my glasses, we realized that there was a slight mishap in the ordering process, however, I was able to keep a substitute pair at no charge, and my new(er) glasses were delivered extremely fast. Even though I may have felt like the world was crashing down (for a second) Carol's calm, but cheery demeanor helped me to know that it was going to be okay.Everyone at this store deserves a raise.

This is a business that knows that putting people first is the best advertisement. I needed to get my Mum's glasses fixed ASAP and no only did that get done in minutes, Sheena refused to charge me. Everyone that came into the store was greeted with a smile and an acknowledgement. Anyone can sell glasses and service is the best sell. Thanks again!
