Great customer service from Mark and his dog. The only place to get bootstrap farmer seed starting trays in BC and they have great selection. He threw in some pepper plants as well.

Good job on the new website, its a big upgrade. To anyone reading this I would go to them to buy all of your gear instead of amazon for the simple fact that they will answer any of your questions about the product you are buying, they don't try and upsell and will even tell you if what you are buying is unneeded for your situation, and they give deals when they can. I usually learn something new each time I go in there with a problem, and will continue to use them for all of my growing needs.

The gentleman that answered the phone helped me figure out the best solution for my situation, he was candid and knowledgeable, I received the delivery without issue, installed the lights and it works like a charm! My orchids are happy ;-)

I took a chance and boy what a bad decision that was. Not only is the delivery charge exorbitant for what I purchased — some of it came USED!!! Full of cats hairs!!! Never again!

Placed an online order and am very happy with them. They were very fast to ship out and provided me with a tracking number. My order came well packaged and even got a freebie nik nak. Lol. Shows they try to keep the customer happy. I even qualified for the free shipping promotion. I will definitely be using them again.
