FIX AUTO OSHAWA NORTH

Insurance sent me to repair my car at Fix Auto North few months ago. they fixed it but the sensors were not working and Fluid bottle was not placed properly.I called them and went back. they took 2 days but nothing was fixed. instead they scratch my car screen which can only be replaced and also close to my door handle was scratched. talk to the Manager same day. he said he didn't drive the car. he denied it. I'm in contact with insurance it's been couple month but no answer yet. here's a picture of the scratch screen. it's brutal.

They had one simple task to fix a dent, the car was suppose to be in for 3 days then they called me to pick it up its ready, i get there and theres a pinhile sunken bodywork on the spot, then i took a closer look and they got primer everywhere, when i asked them to clean it off they said it wasnt from us, pardon me? Oh ya must have had bodywork done before ya brought it here, when threatened with legal action they cleaned it off, did the pinhole properly to only show up one yr later. Total uncompetant place, accuse the customer before using a little cleaning solvent, i mean that primer was on the tire, brakes, shock, wheel well, inside rim of the fender, all the way up to the headlight, but it wasnt from them, ya, ok. One simple job, was very livid.

Everyone was super helpful and nice. I didnt have to worry about anything. Reception was great (samantha) , i think his name was mark, he was always awesome to talk too. Id go back in a second....although i hope to never have to for obvious reasons.

Such an easy facility to work with. Manager, Rich took in my vehicle even after stating they weren't accepting any new vehicles at that time. He did a vehicle scan/diagnostic very quickly and took care of all the insurance paper work.

The guys that work here are fantastic. The right kind of professional with just the right hint of jokes(you want to see that at shops) which helps take a situation where you might be angry, and keeps you level headed. Been in twice in the last few months(not my fault, rear ended while behind a bus, and someone hit my parked car while I was at work.) and my car was having work done for less time than both estimates stated which was pleasant. They are more people oriented than other shops I have been to, and are more than willing to help you out with anything.Highly recommend the crew at Fix Auto North Oshawa.

Fantastic experience with my car! We were rear ended, and chose to bring the car here. Glad my insurance company accepted Fix Auto, as i did my research. The staff were great, very knowledgeable. Gave me an accurate deadline on my car, and fixed the trunk and rear bumper beautifully! The car looks new, wouldn't even know we were hit. Also, they cleaned the car spotless! My wife was super happy with that, as she wanted to detail the car, so thank you for putting in that extra effort on the exterior and interior of the car. We have a few more scratches and bumps to fix, we will definitely be back with all our body shop needs! keep up the great work!
