Cup started to peel shortly after purchasing it from the blue jays stores ….. for 40 bucks I would expect better quality instead of a dollar store quality

I have owned my Namaka water bottle now for about 5 years. I originally bought it at a Bikram hot yoga place, as I was giving hot yoga a try, and was desperately needing an insulated water bottle to deal with the heat. It worked so well at keeping water cold, even through 90 mins of basically being in a sauna.I have since moved on from Bikram hot yoga, but this bottle has been so awesome for all the rest of my physical activities, especially the outside stuff on hot days. Namaka is mine and my family’s go to place for the best water bottles and best thermos out there! Between us, we probably have almost one of every style but I think my fav would be the low ball tumbler. It’s always the one I grab for my coffee as I head to work in the morning! Definitely recommend!!

Love my Namaka bottle! I've had it for about 3 years now. The customer service is wonderful as well! The lid on my bottle was broken by a friend and after contacting the company, they happily sent out another lid to me so I could continue to use my bottle. Thank you so much!

I requested a replacement lid for my 18oz bottle that I absolutely love. The lid had started to leak and Lisa promptly returned my email asking how I could obtain another lid. The bottle is my favorite because it retains heat for a long time and us sleek so it fits easily on my cooler bag.Great product and great customer service!!!Thank you for your help!George Tabeek
