I've never heard of I-Gate before but after a few of my closest friends invested with them last year and raved about the dividends they were receiving, I decided to reach out. I wasn't too sure about getting started because you never know with real estate nowadays. I decided to go ahead last year October, and so far so good. They were very transparent about the process and made it clear that nothing is guaranteed. But I trust their expertise anyhow. They really understand the industry. I'm super happy with my choice and this is probably the most returns I've every gotten back from any of my investments..and its only been less than 6 months.

I've gotten solid returns and appreciate one of the founders actively responding to questions online. I haven't had any issues at all with distributions and quite happy with the online experience.I like the detailed documentation you get about the properties and you can choose which you feel comfortable investing in.

I've always been a bit skeptical about investing in real estate, especially in today's economy but I felt really secure moving forward with investing with such knowledgeable professionals (I ended up investing in the land development in St. Catharines). Fast forward to now, I've been receiving monthly dividends just as I was promised. I'm definitely renewing my term.

I've been looking for a local real estate investment trust company, and was able to find great solutions provided by I-Gate. Very good professionals, who are organized and can explain the numbers breakdown, backed by historical returns which produce a great ROI. It's nice to have the option to diversify within real estate, without having to do anything active. Great passive options, and would definitely recommend.
