very good service experience. I dropped by for a windsheild replacement, got a reasonable quote and service right away. waited there for only about half an hour till done. been explained the maintainance after in details. one week after I got a chip sadly again, so I went back and they fixed it in 15 mins FoR Free.very happy about the quality service. would recommand friends to go.

I took my Q5 for windshield replacement. They have replaced my windshield without any issue! and at the end the technician told me to come back if my rain sensor is not working. I have noticed after a couple of days that my rain sensor is functioning and I went back to them after the long weekend. Technician looked at it and told me it needs calibration that will cost an extra $150.00 and they referred to a different place. I called one of the reputed glass works places. They told me that there is NO calibration just for rain sensors and they are ready to look at what causes the issue. They found that the jelly pad needs to be replaced and it works fine after. These people don't have any idea how the windshield works. They lied to me that they were informed about calibration prior to ordering the windshield.

I was traveling in Calgary on vacation when i was hit by a stone in my windshield on a Friday night. Jacksonport Glass took me in on Saturday morning with no appointment, no waiting time and the owner and one of his men repaired our car. The charges were incredibly fair i couldn't believe it. I have never dealt with a nicer place with more honest men.

Just had my windshield changed through an insurance claim. Jacksonport made it super easy to deal with. Communication was excellent and service was professional. I called Jacksonport before going there, and was quoted the lowest price in the area for a rock chip, $20. I didn't need to pay a penny, however, because the tech who examined my windshield said all the chips were already fixed. No price gouging, no taking advantage of ignorant customers. I know where to go next time!

The folks here are friendly, total pros, and stayed open to quickly fix my windshield! If you buy your windshield here they will fix chips for a very low price. Did I mention they have the best prices in the city?
