Owner does a fabulous job on my nails. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only negative I have is the place could use a good dusting and cleaning.

I absolutely had the best experience ever! After 7 years of not having my nails done I finally went and got them done. The salon is a very bright atmosphere, the staff are all very friendly and prompt in their service. I had a nail break in my sleep and called them to ask for another appointment to have it fixed and they got me in instantly. A quick fix and the initial cost was great!I will be going back and suggest this place to anyone wanting a manicure or pedicure!

I am very disappointed with the service and quality of this salon. Although there were a couple things that made it appealing: we got an appointment easily for the following day and they were kind (and quiet). However, my friend and i booked in for two acrylic sets- she got acrylic and my nail tech gave me dip. The salon has a great and wide variety of polish colours, but the staff did not use the ones i chose. The design I wanted was identical which was great- IF THEY LASTED MORE THAN 24 HOURS! i lost two whole nails in 24 hours ( breaking & tearing my real nail underneath, because it was filed so thinly) It is now 5 days later and i have two nails left! I paid $86 dollars for the worst manicure quality i have ever witnessed! not to mention their price board is completely wrong or we were scammed as a dip manicure was listed for $35 and extra length and art at $5- HOW DOES THAT EQUAL $86?!!! Although we were sat and started on immediately for our appointments, an hour into it- 6 PEOPLE CAME IN AT ONCE. My nail tech left for 30 minutes to work on another client while i waited. They left 3 girls waiting 55 minutes before sending one of them home because they were too busy- MEANWHILE THERE WAS A BLIZZARD- and that customer drove an hour to be there for the SCHEDULED time! The whole establishment is unorganized and confusing. Prices are not accurate, quality of supplies is TRASH, and the worst way you could spend your money. If i could, I’d demand a refund. I won’t be back!

I walked in for a pedicure today, was greeted and sat right away, staff was friendly and took their time. unfortunately my pedicure looks as though i did it myself, very messy painting and nail shaping. and for $50 before tip! sadly won't be returning :(

Where do I begin?Called to make an appointment they said they could do 3 people all at the same time but when we showed up they couldn't.They did a horrible job on our nails, they trimmed my cuticles but also cut part of the skin. They didn't cut my friend's nails even though he asked multiple times. They just filed it down.The towels were covered in stains along with the furniture.The washroom was located in the back and in front it looked like someone was eating and left their food. There was also rotting food on the same table out front.

This place use to be great. It’s so dirty now. Colour selection is horrible. What nail salon doesn’t have hot pink regular nail polish?? If you get the lady owner she is so rude and completely unprofessional!! If you do go be sure you ask for the man that works there. The only nice one left there.They charged me $35 to paint my 3 year olds toes!!

If there was anyway to give them 0 starts I would ! Avoid at all costs !I went in for a manicure and a pedicure, the gentleman that did my nails took his time and spent over an hour doing my hands and feet. However while I was there I watched a woman “sterilize” there nail tools with just hand soap and water, they also used dirty nail files on my hands as well as the electric nail file. When he was using said electric nail file he filed off not only my cuticle but also my skin above one of my fingers, although very apologetic after it happened it took him quite some time to notice there was anything even wrong. Although that should have been enough to make me leave I stuck it out, I was rushed through my pedicure and he finished it in about 15 mins, nothing of it was thorough and he left 85% of the dead skin and callus on the bottoms of my feet. When he was cutting my already very short toe nails for some reason he shoved the nail clippers down the side causing immediate irritation. After two days of pain my big toes on both feet to the point of irritation during walking the outside of them has turned red and even signs of infection.I highly recommend skipping over this nail salon and going to someone who is more professional.

I used to love this nail salon . It didn't matter who did my nails they were always great. Been a customer since they opened . I don't get nails done often anymore so it's a nice treat . Got done for a nephews wedding and I was oh k with them. I wanted a certain design and colours and nope that's not what I got but none the less I said yes I like and paid . So can't complain right lol. Well I got them done again in October for another occasion. This time I got the design I wanted but not the colours and it looked good it was a marble design so I know they are all different . The service I received is what was really wrong. He made me feel like I was putting him out to do a marble design?? Which made it very uncomfortable to sit thru . Knowing I didn't want them colours. Decided instead of going back for a fill I'd just soak them off at home and Wow what a huge mess. The fungus was growing and I almost lost my thumb nail. Never has this happened to me from this salon. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Thanks for your service .

My first time going here today. The lady was super rough with my hands, she went so fast, didn’t care to measure if my nails were straight or well cut. I had to tell her how to do her job and file down my nails… the colour and the powder is disgusting, watery products. Avoid at all costs. I would rather take the drive to KW than go to this salon ever again. Same price as any other nail salon that could do a much better job. Such a rip off.

Went in July to get a pedicure and Acrylic nails. Waited an hour to get the pedicure done and it was rushed through. A week after growth, both big toenail were black underneath- one nail just fell off, the other is on the verge of falling off. Got dip nails instead of acrylic and they all cracked and fell off within 4 days of getting them. Also asked for eyebrow waxed and was told to come back the next day because they didn’t want to do it that day. Highly do not recommend this place, should have stuck with my normal nail place.
