We had Paul for our wedding photographer and we couldn’t have been more pleased! He was lovely. His personality was very calming, and welcoming. He took his time with us and nothing felt rushed. He captured our love perfectly and his photography is phenomenal, we couldn’t be anymore happy. We now have beautiful portraits to display in our home for a lifetime. Thank you so much Paul! 5 star. Paul recently photographed our small wedding in Ucluelet. From our first email, his communication was great and kept us informed with what to expect. We love our photos, especially the candid moments he was able to capture. He is also very prompt with editing and promised to have them ready within 10 days. Can't recommend Paul enough! Paul took photos for my wedding back in April of this year in Ucluelet, BC. We booked a few hours with him and we could not be happier with the results. Before my husband and I were even engaged I had already decided on having Paul as my wedding photographer. He has an eye for the spontaneous moments, and the expertise to direct the composed shots and have them still look natural (even for awkward people like us!). We ended up with a mostly sunny day, but I had zero stress about the weather because if you look at Paul's portfolio you can see that he is able to capture magic in any West Coast weather.We are so stoked with our final pictures! They're perfect to us and when I look at them I feel truly able to step back in to the moments they captured.

Paul is an experienced true professional. I arranged for him to capture my surprise engagement this summer in Tofino. He was an incredibly helpful resource for planning the day and moment, especially because I am not from the area. He gave up a ton of his time to discuss and go through different ideas and brought up several things to consider that I would have never thought of myself. The weekend of, there were some initial weather issues, but Paul was very flexible and I could feel that he genuinely wanted to make sure the experience would be as good as possible. In the end, the day went very smooth and was a ton of fun. The pictures turned out absolutely fantastic! He is clearly a very skilled photographer. I would not hesitate to use Paul again and would definitely recommend him.

Paul created absolutely stunning shots of our elopement and managed to capture the experience, the feeling of the environment, and the moment perfectly. Looking at the photos brought me right back to that day. He was easy to work with, kind, professional, and brought both a calming and fun influence to our day, which we both appreciated. We had Paul for our elopement in June and were blown away by our photos. It’s very rare that I actually like every picture taken of me but Paul managed to make it happen! We really loved how natural the photos turned out and really appreciated his approach to not overly posing us. It really let the photos show the true emotions we were feeling in the moment! Paul and his pictures are wonderful! He recently took my elopement photos and I’m beyond happy with them! I’ve worked with photographers in the past who pose me in a way that looks stiff and unnatural. Paul knows how to coach an awkward subject into poses that turn out looking beautiful, in addition to taking perfect shots with tasteful edits! I’m so pleased with how the photos turned out and can’t wait to have some printed!
