Staff have always been decent to me but I understand in a job dealing with truck guys it’s hard not to be grumpy. Hard to find parts for older hinos but the parts people do actually try to help you which is great.

Thank you StephenI’ve bought 3 trucks from this Hino location.Very happy and I have few friends who bought Hino too, also happy. Very good price and on time tooI’ve had one Hino truck for 10 years and minor service is done yearly to all of them, but no problem with Trucks and that’s why I keep buying them

Crooks, They won't share part #'s when they don't have parts in stock to allow me to find them quicker. I called a long distance Hino dealer and they were 1/2 price and would give me part #'s since I was in a bind.Called to get wheel Torque specs for a retorque since my 185 has odd course thread stud and they won't give me that info either.I'll do my best to avoid them.

You should never buy a Hino truck they have the poorest service of any truck dealership. Simply impossible to get ahold of the parts department in order parts when you need them. Maybe if they remember they'll call you back when they have time if you're lucky. What a way to run a business.
