I ordered from this place and again, items were missing. And the food is cold. I called the restaurant and spoke with a guy (manager ?) and it didn't seem like he really cared. So I paid $42 for cold food and a tiny stale brownie with no chocolate sauce. Too bad Swiss Chalet doesn't deliver to my address. No more from this place. I'll drive to Swiss Chalet next time. 1/10.

They have a ramp on the right side beside the entrance, inside there are 2 washrooms for wheelchair/walkers.My mother, her sister Valerie and I sat at a round table.The waitress took our order and was back in 10 minutes with our plates of food.We all liked what we ordered.

Went here for lunch today. It's been many years since I've been to a St. Hubert, but had good memories of it from when I was a kid, so wanted to check it out. Either I didn't care what I ate as a kid, or the food has gone way downhill. Chicken so dry I had trouble swallowing it without water, fries that are substantially worse than supermarket oven fries and soup so flavourless that I had to add salt to it. Service was mediocre. Server brought wrong items to the table at least five times during the visit. The condition of the restaurant was also terrible. We sat in the bar area, and the floor was so sticky that you could hear the cracking noise when you lifted your feet. The bathrooms were also filthy. Swiss Chalet is infinitely better. So is a supermarket rotisserie chicken. I would not go here again.

Went for lunch with we has the hot chicken sandwich. I had fries and she has mashed potatoes. Absolutely wonderful meal with soft drinks and dessert. Only complaint is that my friends Brownie was dry". Otherwise it was a great time had by all. Thanks for the great service Mike. Looking forward to going back again really soon."

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PICK UP COUNTER!Thursday April 20, 2023!7:25 pmTerrible experience at the pick up counter… they just look at you when you walk in and don’t say anything…I had to say hello three times before one of the girls acknowledged me!When my oder was ready , my food was literally dumped on the counter, and was not told my order was ready, while I was just sitting in the chair!I had to ask the girl if that was my order, and if it was complete and ready to go, very, very poor attitude, unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location, you have lost a valuable member of the community and a long time customer!There were two African-American girls, one was nice and polite, the other one was shorter, very rude, and not a great asset to the company!I’m sure you can check your cameras to figure out who it was …Very poor customer service! I hope you guys can get your stuff together, this was my favourite location, but not anymore…Good luck

Been awhile since I've been there, however every time I visit Ottawa it's on my list of restaurants to visit because the food is absolutely amazing.While the service at times can be a little slow to be honest, since they are always busy., if you go in expecting to wait and are not super hungry then you won't be disappointed once the food comes.They have appetizers to tie you over before you get your main course and the menu offer something for everyone which is always a good thing.I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anybody who is looking for a great meal, I have never been disappointed. If I'm not mistaken they also take reservations.

Always a great experience but this particular visit was phenomenal. Our server Jacob R, gave exceptional service, tending to all particular needs and demonstrated patience beyond any server would ever need to. He remained kind, attentive and extremely courteous and all with a million dollar smile. This location has particularly outstanding service as staff are always friendly. No doubt this is the cleanest location and often managers and other staff check in for customer satisfaction during the meal. Just a great experience and extra special thank you to Jacob’s genuineness for a lovely evening.

Drive through worker was impatient, was not willing answer any questions. Repeated my order 3 times and still got it wrong. The best part was there was only one other car in the line and took them 30 min to get the order out. Such a disappointing experience....
