Amazing business, they sold us 3 heat pumps at the best price around Fredericton’s , we save 125 $ monthly on our power bill, our house is warmer even when it’s -35 outside.Having new kitchen’s cabinet installed, we knew where to shop for new kitchen’s sink, faucet and soap’s dispenser. What a great quality selection.What a fantastic and professional installation,dealing with them was so easy, we highly recommend The Plumbing and Heating Shop.

Being very generous having to choose 1 star rating.DO NOT reccomend the plumbing and heating shop. Poor customer service, unknowledgeable and complete scammers. They do not honor their warranty and do not keep record of them at the time of purchase. They will delete any comments or reviews on their page when you try to share this with others. Great buisness lol

When I have any questions regarding plumbing I call these guys. They are awesome. Never steered me wrong. Honest and honourable. Great prices on demo and last year models.

We are some pretty handy DIYers, and purchased many of our larger items for our ensuite renovation from the Oromocto Plumbing and Heating Shop. They were friendly and helpful in choosing our items and supporting our DIY endeavors. Their prices were very reasonable, and their service continued even throughout the COVID closures. Excellent local support with this business!

In the beginning, this company performed well, especially with regard to its technical knowledge. I spent thousands of dollars in the purchase of a complete water treatment system and also ductless splits.Unfortunately, after the thousands were spent, the customer service became terrible. Also, this business does not honour its highly advertised warranties.Today was the last straw. I was charged nearly $500 because a major component in the water treatment system (just eighteen months old) had corroded to the point that it had failed! This corrosion had been occurring for a long time before those pieces broke off. Also, those pieces should have been galvanized to protect against corrosion, but they were not.The failed part was $126. The remaining $380 included three hours of labour (it actually took 40 minutes to repair) !Bad customer service and Warranties have never been honoured.So with warranties still in place, I will contract another company for parts and service from now on because this company DOES NOT honour its warranties.

Really really poor service. We bought a new heat pump from them and it is making lots of funny noises, they were in a rush at the time when they installed it. So we called for a service check but they did not bother to come. They just say 'That is the way it is" before even come and check out the situation. I think that is irresponsible as they just want to sell their product

Couldn't ask for better service, and professionalism. Very polite and great workers. Clean install and excellent customer service. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable, quick talk and they had us set up with the proper size unit for our home. Would recommend these guys and gals to anyone looking for a great company in the greater Fredericton/Oromocto area.

We had them out to change Our well pump they replace the well pump while charging us for 2 labor rates Replace our pressure switch on our pressure tank our pressure was horrible the technician told us it's because they don't make well pumps like they used to When in all reality it was because he didn't turn up the pressure on the pressure switch also put our water filtration system on bypass and didn't tell us we drank dirty water filled with arsenic for 6 weeks now have to take our 6 month old to the doctor to make sure she doesn't have any issues because of it !!!!!!! No ownership is taken and they call us a scammer !!!!!! please don't use this company if you value good ethics

Worst company ever. Their technician put my water system on bypass and NEVER told us. So for 6 weeks we drank unfiltered well water, which is very toxic, and the owner is not taking responsibility. We wouldn't have known for a long time, if his work didn't begin to leak in my basement. Legit the worst company, terrible customer service and ownership. The technician doesn't even work there anymore.. I wonder why. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting.
