Scott replaced a fill valve for me the same day I contacted him. Responsive, honest, and upfront with pricing. Would recommend and use his services again.

We have used 2 Ply Plumbing a couple of times with great success. Scott is quick to reply, professional and courteous. We understood the issues he explained to us and were very happy with the results of his work.

Scott was prompt and did a really great job. He squeezed us in on a Saturday and didn’t charge us extra even though it was the weekend. We would definitely use him again.

What can I say, Scott was amazing. He was super pleasant on the phone, always willing to answer questions and help solve problem before coming out for service call;. Scott was also very accommodating with working around our families schedule. Once Scott arrived he was very professional and looked after plugged toilet in a very timely matter. Scott was amazing! We had a pretty good leak in our main water line from the city and he helped us get Epcor out asap so he could come back and fix it when Epcor was there! He was so easy to get a hold of over the phone and his costs were cheaper than a big name company but with great integrity and quality of work. He was fantastic to schedule with and worked quickly in the tight quarters where the main line came into our finished basement with my mother-in-law living there. Scott was very knowledgeable about Alberta plumbing codes as well. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone having plumbing issues!

Best service I’ve received in Edmonton, plumbing or otherwise. I called Scott at 2 Ply Plumbing for the first time a few months ago. An after hours emergency of course. Scott was quick to arrive, gave me a very accurate quote and at a reasonable rate. He explained everything so that I was able to understand the issue, and what work needed to be done. Scott worked very hard and efficiently, and he kept the work area clean. Since then I’ve called Scott for several plumbing issues at rental properties and he continues to provide amazing service.

Scott was absolutely amazing! We had a pipe burst and he not only took our phone call (from my frantic better half) on a Sunday night but got to our place immediately to help us out and came back the next day to finish the job!Super professional, good communication, friendly, super knowledgeable! 2 Ply Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company we have ever used! Scott is amazing and extremely knowledgable. He truly cares about his clients and the quality of his work is second to none. Scott was able to figure out right away where a horrible smell was coming from our bathroom. Whoever installed our toilet years ago did it wrong and did not seal it properly so it was slowly leaking over the seal from the base. Scott cleaned it all up and re-sealed and re-installed the toilet. He also has a great machine that clears and cleans all the gunk from all your pipes. His prices are super reasonable. I will only trust 2 Ply Plumbing from now on to do any work we need done! Thanks Scott!

Scott was on time, professional and his attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. His clean up was spotless. His quotes were very reasonable and both times, his time estimate went a bit long (not his fault), but he didn’t charge me for the extra time. I also liked how responsive he was to my ideas. He didn’t shut me down and actually used part of my idea to fix a kitchen garburator flow issue I was experiencing. Overall I highly recommend Scott and even though he is in Edmonton, he is literally minutes away from St Albert.
