Vicky is absolutely amazing! I went for a custom wedding tux and she went above and beyond for me. My fitting isn’t a standard fit, very different body, plus sized shape and she took all the necessary measurements and did it with grace and class and never made me feel any type of way. I just went to try the tux on for the first time and everything is perfect, just the slightest adjustment to be made with the jacket button. I would 100% recommend Vicky to anyone and will only ever in the future use her for my fittings. So very happy with her service, can’t express this enough!!

Highly recommend. Super helpful and knowledgeable in the whole process . We are from out of town and they really worked with our schedules and even when we came to pick up the suit we needed a few alterations, we were only in town for the day and Vicky helped us get to an tailor and get everything fixed that day. The suit feels and looks really nice, very satisfied.

Absolute ease and pleasure throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into Ottotos I was greeted with a warm welcome and personalized customer service. Vicki let me browse around until I was ready to ask some questions. She listened to me as I explained the style and comfort I was looking for, and guided me through her large selection of offerings. I was walked through the different styles step-by-step and made customized decisions throughout which included the design of the inside of the jacket, complimentary embroidery inside with whatever you want (I chose our wedding date), the type of lapel, the styling of the buttons, and many more customizable options that I didn't even know existed.I was measured with precision and the tuxedo jacket and pants were made to fit me perfectly. I felt more comfortable wearing the tuxedo than I do wearing most of my 'casual' clothes. The professionals at Ottotos certainly know what they're doing and they are unmatched in this area. Excellent customer service and wonderful quality product! The process of designing the suit could become overwhelming easily (so many things to choose! From fabric colour, texture, pattern to button style to the cut of the fabric to the inner lining, etc.), if not for Vicky guiding you through every step of the way. The end product was beautiful, and extremely comfortable. I chose this shop because I have odd measurements that make finding formal wear extremely difficult and was sick of buying pre-made suits that I would have to alter myself and still would end up uncomfortable; Vicky took precise measurements and helped me make choices in the design that led to a very flattering and comfortable suit, and all I had to do was show up. Little hiccups were handled with grace and care, and I can't recommend Ottotos enough. The price is definitely worth the longevity of such a well-made piece.
