$30 for 2 mediocre size candles...and that was because 2 for 1...price reasonable and get rid of the 2 for 1 or actually make it 2 for 1

I love this store, but also hate it. Mixed review. Let's go with the dislikes first: extremely smelling, often leaving me in headache mode. If you're a sufferer of migraines and headaches, or extremely sensitive to smells, don't stay for long. I also dislike how chaotic the layout is. It's not easy to find prices, or the items. The displays are usually bigger than the body space. It's cramped..I find some visits, the workers are not so friendly, ignore new comers it seem generally unhappy to work there... possibly because of the overwhelming mix of scents.Positives: some of the soaps and bath gels are so lovely. Like rose water / rose water & ivy, warm vanilla sugar, peach Bellini, and of course myfav, black cherry merlot. I find other times I visit, the staff are super enthusiastic and friendly. Short version: smelly store, cramped, 50/50 service but, some epic soaps, and deals. I also like the hand washing station, like a try me out before you get home and decide the soap sucks. So it's a win win. You leave the store satisfied with your purchase. Boom.

Great shop for all sorts of lovely soaps, candles and other bath goodies! The store is always immaculate and well stocked. The staff here have been amazing; I'm always greeted, told about specials and asked if I need help. One time I bought a lip balm from here and it turns out it was defective (perhaps a bad batch or that particular tube had just turned yucky) - brought it back and they exchanged it immediately, assuring me it was no inconvenience despite not having the receipt any more.I love checking them out every time I'm in the mall. I'll continue to shop here for birthday/Christmas gifts as well as goodies for myself!

Have always loved Bath and Body Works candles, but visited the Mayfair Mall location today and was not impressed with all the staff members standing around, in the customer's way, loudly complaining and gossiping about other staff and management. I found it incredibly rude and unprofessional, and if I was the manager of this store, I'd be very embarrassed. Also, I wish you would switch to baskets for people to shop with as those bags are ridiculous to toss glass candle holders into, especially when they cost a small fortune.

Well I do love this store. Butttttttttt OMG the music was so insanely loud. It was not relaxing. NOT SUITABLE especially for a candle store ? I had to shout at my husband. Would of spent more time if it wasn't for that. And they have now lost me as a customer for that reason.
