I very highly recommend Nitin for massage. Today I enjoyed the best massage I've had in a very long time. I had the pleasure of getting service from Nitin (like kitten :-). He was phenomenal! Excellent conversation to find the root cause of my issue, extremely professional tableside manner and his pressure...wow! This guy knows his practice and really hit those deep knots that so many other practitioners simply can't reach. He was consistent in confirming the pressure was ok, letting me know what he was doing and why and after an excruciating 90 minutes (at my request), he finished the treatment and damn...I haven't felt that good in a long while. No kidding, if you like a deep massage and can't seem to find a masseuse that can get in there and make you right, try Nitin.From Nitin's table I went directly to the chiro side of the house and was treated by Damen. This was my second or third time with Damen and I have to say, he's just fantastic! He consistently keeps me informed of what he's doing and why, guides me into the various positions with ease and the results are immediate and evident! Damen is extremely personable and professional. I'd definitely recommend Damen to anyone struggling to find a great Chiropractor. He's been great for me.

I've had a frozen shoulder for just over a year that limited my range of motion. Dr. Duyen Cao get's it! From her ability to investigate and narrow down exactly what needed to be done, to her excellent acupuncture and fascia treatment. After one treatment there was a 70% improvement, really incredible results.

I was having some nagging rotator cuff issues and heard thru a FB post that Rayna practices RAPID (basically, a fascia release/technique close to active release). She was knowledgeable and provided a great treatment that truly helped release the adhesions that were creating my pain and tightness. Massage is a great option for most issues and I think RAPID is a game changer for realigning the layers of adhesions and injured tissue. Definitely recommend Rayna!! Thanks again!!
