Highly recommend!...I started doing hypnosis sessions with Joan to help sleeping and it worked! She has now recorded personal sessions for me to listen to whenever I want— one for sleeping, one for increasing energy, and my favourite is a hypnosis-meditation for joy. Her voice is a dream and she is wonderful to work with.

Joan is an excellent Hypnotherapist as well as Reflexologist. I have been her client for multiple sessions for a few years. She is caring and a natural healer. Highly recommend her.
