I paid for a whole diagnostic, very expensive .The bill says they inspected the car , walking around it. They dont change whippers neither as other places do.

I am writing to bring to your attention a negative experience I had with one of your sales staff, who I believe was named Kayla. During my phone call today,I had the misfortune of encountering Kayla, who displayed rude behavior and poor customer service.Kayla was unresponsive to my questions and seemed disinterested in helping me with my purchase. Her tone was condescending, and she made me feel unwelcome to make a purchase.Her lack of professionalism and respect was deeply disappointing and has made me hesitant to come to your dealership.I believe that customer service is essential in any retail business, and it is concerning to see such behavior from one of your employees. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures.

Appointment at 10:30 for a 20 minute diagnostic. Was told 2 hours, which in and of itself is RIDICULOUS. Car not ready till after 3:30 (= 5 HOURS!!!) What more do I need to say? Plenty of other places to have my Audi serviced. I will never be back.

Had a recall took the car to there just as Covid lockdown started in March 2020, clean and followed social distancing. Took a little too long for car drop off and pick up. Offered valet drop off. Everyone polite

Lack of professionalism compared to other Audi dealerships in the GTA. The sales associate did not introduce himself to all the family members (potential customers). When the other family member(s) introduced himself to the sales associate, he unprofessionally responded with ok." The sales associate's communication skills were also a tad unrefined. He keeps responding to my questions with "hmm" instead of with respect

Amazing employees! They know how to treat a customer! Amazing experience and they are truly professional.
