Always excellent service and quality work done within a few days. Was disappointed when I asked if they do measurements and was told no.

Does a poor job and charges so much for the work that they do. There is no such thing as good customer service either. I would not come back here and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Such a terrible experience especially from the short and small chinese lady. Very had to understand them too with the language barrier.

I have been going to this place for all my quality garments for alterations. The head lady Joanna could speak 2 different languages. She always spent time with me before and after alterations. My husband and daughter loved her service and we certainly saved a lot of money without having to buy new items. Thank you Joanna!

I got a quote before I come. She said it’s 12$ and I took sky train and brought all the way here and now she’s telling me it’s 12$+25$. Very nice, more expensive than I buy a new pant! I don’t know the quality of work but be aware of the price they tell you before you come.

I have no complains about the service. All my coats, dress pants, shirts & tops are altered & ready for me to pick up in 3-4 days.Joanna is an excellent worker, always ready & willing to help me as soon as I walk into the store. Regardless of how simple or complicated the alterations are on my clothing that I take there, she always has a smile on her face & does her job well. I never have to take anything back to have it re-done. I trust Joanna with my brand new & expensive clothes because of her experience that's why I always ask for her when I go there. Keep up the excellent work Joanna.

This is my favorite place to get my clothing altered & fixed. The owners Dominic & Joyce are friendly & helpful. Also their staff Joanna provides excellent customer service. Their work is always top notch, on time & reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this tailor.

I brought some curtains to be ironed (they had fold lines from IKEA).I had some difficulty communicating with her in English, but she was ok to deal with.The price was good ($10/panel), the turnaround time was great (1 hour), but when I got them home, most of the fold lines were still there.I did a better job myself at home.

Service was quick and efficient. Brought my bridesmaid dress in for a hem and was able to pick up within 3 days. The employee that helped me was also super nice.
