I called them when i wasnt sure what to do and who to contact, called a few places. Credit counselling quoted me a redicilous amout to pay up front that i simply could not afford (obviously). Cindy was a great help, she was wonderful at explaining exactly what was going to happen and how it was anticipated to happen. I cant wait to be financially stable again without any debt and creditors hasseling me
