I needed help servicing my gas fireplace and HVAC system. Esi and Shahed arrived on time – courteous and respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and using clean tarps to cover the work area.They were knowledgeable, well-prepared, meticulous and took the time to thoroughly examine everything and explain the diagnosis, root cause, and course of action in simple terms. They patiently answered my questions, educated me on how to look after my HVAC system, and left the work area spotless. Our past experience with other heating companies was disappointing. Esi and his son changed our boiler to run efficently and timely. We find them professional, friendly and very reliable. We would recommend others to check them out and you will be relieved to find such an ethical company. I would refer them to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend Lime for their awesome service and responsiveness as well as their honesty and for being extremely hard working. They were super easy to deal with and great with their communication.We needed to upgrade our old furnace because it wasn't working properly anymore. Lime came by within a day or so to do a quote for us unlike other companies which took over a week to come by to look and then another to actually even come up with a quote! Once we accepted the quote and we got the permits, Lime installed the furnace asap. They were able to get everything done within a day.

The company is very competent, honest, professional and most importantly very RELIABLE. This is the reason why we have been dealing with them for the last 8 years. Our hot water tank broke recently and one call to Esi/Lime was all that I had to make. The next day, we had a new water tank, old one gone and area was left clean of debris. The company is highly recommended!!

additional services not listed -- inspection and maintenance of all gas appliances: stove, water heater, furnace, dryer and 3 gas fireplaces; plus clean our air ducts and dryer ventWe have had Lime Home Services Ltd (Esi and his son, Shahad) do annual inspections and necessary repairs for many years. They have replaced our gas furnace and water heater and, this spring, installed our new air conditioner. They are always on time, always professional with good ideas.
