No complaints against doctor experience. If you visit any kids hospital in Toronto . Everyone knows about her. (+Ve feedback only)The BIG problem is waiting time. Even though we have pre booked appointment still we have to wait for 2 hrs near reception and then 1 hours inside room. You can see doctor walk here and there but not entering our room for long time...You will loose your patience really. And I m not writing this based on my 1 or 2 visit. Till now I have visited clinic 13 to 14 times and all time faced the same issue.The clinic has to understand and respect people time as well.

I took my daughter here since they were born for 5 years now.I was introduced to here from a new mom and also introduce to other new mom later after I gained the best pediatrician experience from here.Dr.Papadouris is very patient and professional pediatrician.She comforts us a lot when we experienced some problem with the kids.She works as early as 7 am ,and can get contacted through telephone as late as 6pm.I was surprised how many hours she worked per day.Wish her good health.

She is the best Doctor. Coming to wait time, yes worth waiting.

We have been with Dr. Papadoris for all 3 children, that’s 17 years and even though the office is usually quite busy with long waits, I greatly appreciate her hard work and the times she puts in to following up on her patients when necessary. I understand there was some reviews stating she’s not warm and welcoming. She is not. She is professional, assertive and straight to the point, and frankly, that is perfectly fine with us. There had been many occasions where the office was closed but whenever I call in for prescription or a question, Dr. Papadoris was there to answer the calls herself. She’s is incredibly reliable and I wish her the best of health and joy. Today she had called me to follow up on my childrens files several days ago. And it just reminded me how grateful I am considering her extremely busy and hectic week, that she still remembered to follow up on a Saturday when she’s not physically treating patients. Thank you so much for being here for my little family after 17 years.

STAY FAR AWAY. 8am appointments get seen at 9:30Am at the very earliest.Dr. Papadopouris is the only decent part about her practice, but I'm not convinced that's worth it.Wait times for scheduled appointments are insane. Even if you grab an 8:15am appointment, be ready to wait AT LEAST another 45 minutes, regardless of your child's age. The office is not modernized which makes everything take that much longer.The from staff- a younger woman and what I assume is dr. Papadopouris' husband are very close to useless, and quadruple book the doctor every 15 minute, and always seem like their doing too many things at once.Dr. Papadopouris' herself is great, to the point, and knows what she's doing. I would NOT recommend her if you have a baby or looking for a new pediatrician.

Dr. Papadouris is a blessing. She has been amazing with all of my kids, and now, my baby from the beginning. I am so grateful and happy with her knowledge, kindness and quality of care. She is truly one of a kind. Even after we moved, we go out of our way to see her!! Also, the previous receptionist was an amazing receptionist ; the new one is great too as there is a learning curve. Highly recommend Dr. P and her office!!

Dr. Papadouris is one of a kind. Yes, you will wait, yes it is an old school office (right out of a time capsule) and yes it can feel like you are unable to establish a warm and fuzzy relationship, which a new Mom may need.HOWEVER, her knowledge (based on experience not a google search) coupled with quality of care and connections to specialists if necessary, are impeccable.Most importantly, if your baby/child is sick and you call in last minute, she will fit you in and won’t make you feel like you are even remotely wasting an ounce of her time.I have 3 kids under 6 and I have called into previous doctors and they have displayed little empathy, even as babies, indicating appointments are booked out 1, 2, and even 3 weeks. I have had to stand my ground for them to be seen (an no it was urgent enough to take up time in an emergency room but also something that could not wait weeks either).To say I am impressed with her level of commitment to her young patients is an understatement. I’ll take the old school approach over technology any day.

I was excited to get into Dr Papadouris’ practice with my baby due to the convenient location and great reviews but did not have a great experience. The wait times are insane with an infant and the office space is not conducive to feeding or waiting comfortably with a baby, which is a big problem when you’re there for hours. When we finally did get in to see the doctor I found Dr P to be short and cold. She never engaged with my baby, gave me one word answers to my questions and did not let me nurse or comfort my baby during shots, which really bothered me. I appreciate that she is very experienced and knowledgeable but I couldn’t get past the bedside manner and the outdated practices of the office (nothing electronic, won’t send records via fax or email, never returns calls, took weeks and many follow up calls to get my daughter’s records prepared). We have since switched doctors and are very glad we made the move.

Expect to wait, but she will see your kid for sure. She is simply the most hard working doctor I know. She is calm and very knowledgeable, can definitely give a peace of mind to new parents.I suggest that you check in and ask about when to come back for your turn. The receptionist is also one of the nicest person, and very helpful. They are very, very busy, but they will help you.

Best Pediatrician for my little ones. Her experience and knowledge is outstanding. And of course there's a wait time! You're waiting to be seen by an awesome doctor! Stop complaining people!
