No wonder they have such a good google rating. Their security staff is super polite and professional. Everything is well organized here. I came an hour before they opened and I was escorted to the waiting room with other people (not like other locations where they make you wait outside irrespective of weather conditions). I visited this location at 8:30am on June 6th and I was serviced by the lady in a window #13, super fast, friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend this location!

Amazing experience at this location! The passport office opens at 8:30 and I arrived appx 7:50am. They security guards are super helpful and will direct you to a waiting room before the passport office opens. I was the 13th person in there when I arrived. When 8:30 rolled around, the security guards ushered the first two rows of people waiting into the office. There were 13 desks open, so upon talking with the front desk personnel, I was directed to desk 13. The man assisting me was very friendly and efficient. I was out of the building and back in my car by 8:45am.I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly things went!I would definitely suggest using this location, and if you can, show up early!

Got to the passport office at 8 am (it opens at 8:30 am) and there was already a pretty sizeable line. Expected to be there until at least noon. Imagine my surprise when we were finished at 9:15!This Service Canada runs like a well oiled machine. This is an example of how these types of services should be run.

My family and I went to this location for passport application. Excellent service here. People are very friendly. John and Germane went above and beyond in being warm, friendly and helpful. Their service is the kind that would make business in excellent shape. Thank you John who would constantly chat with our 4 yr old daughter making her waiting time fun. Thank you Germaine for being patient with all our questions and for your friendliness.

Friday morning I rolled in at 10:15 am. Security guard at the door was awesome, and the rest of the staff was very friendly. I was out the door, heading home by 10:45. Go here and avoid going to the catastrophe that is the Harry Hays building people!!!

I was happily surprised with the excellent customer service here. The lady I dealt with for my passport was kind, professional, and answered all my questions. I do have to give a special thank you to the security guards. What gentlemen they are. They constantly went above and beyond for everyone in the passport office, answered questioned, were personable and found seating for everyone, right away. They were the best part of my day. Dealing with passports can be stressful, especially within the last year as we’ve seen, but the Sundance location was absolutely incredible

Fantastic experience getting a new passport! Security guards, receptionists, and all other personnel were 10/10; everyone was kind and helpful. Darlene helped me with getting everything sorted. She was absolutely wonderful! We chatted while the paperwork was being finished; she was enthusiastic, personable, and great to talk to. She did everything extremely efficiently, answered all my questions, and made my day with her positive attitude. I had an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. This location is far from where I live, but I would definitely come back here!

This place really knows how to be efficient, friendly and helpful! From start to finish I had a very wonderful experience.The wait time wasn't awful, every 5-10 minutes they would quickly cycle through ticket numbers. I got in after 9am and was seen/finished before 11am.Turns out I needed an additional form because my passport was a little beat up, the officer was straight forward, helpful and patient. I really appreciate this as someone who's dyslexic. To my surprise they also have 10 business day processing! If you need your passport fairly soon, I highly reccomend going to this location as soon as it opens.

Amazing service! They absolutely live up to their 4.5+ star rating. Everyone was so polite, helpful and organized. If you don't mind the early wake up to get there at 7.00 am to get in line, it is a breeze, you will be done in 15 minutes with the actual process as a walk-in. The office opened at 8.30 sharp and I was out the door by 8.45.Excellent service!

I arrived at 9am. They check your documents as soon as you arrive and then give you a number. I was out the door after 2 hours. The security guards are lovely. They open the doors for you and hand out water bottles. I highly recommend going here instead of Harry Hayes. I paid for a rush and will pick up my passport in 2 weeks.
