TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My experience with this particular branch was very disappointing. I was helping two newcomer friends to open checking accounts. Although we told the employee that the clients needed checks, they did not offer temporary checks. They don't answer their phone calls. At the time of writing this, it's been two days since I left a message on their voice mail box, and I haven't heard back from them.

Excellent customer service. Miss Yip was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.I truly love the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I’ve received from TD bank.

Comfortable and rarely crowded, this TD is close to where I used to live and has lots of parking spaces. The staff is pleasant and the branch is rather spacious, so it doesn't feel too claustrophobic. Other than that, it's a regular TD, with the notable advantage to me that it's close to where I operate and move around.

The customer is trash. They are really slow and always an system or machine issue. Don't bank in Markham or Richmond Hill. Worse experience and service in the while GTA. HSBC,TD or RBC are the same experience and headaches

Large TD bank location with coffee/tea machine available for you to use while you wait. It’s really busy, so sometimes while waiting, I wasn’t sure if they had forgotten about me or not. But so far, after going there a few times, they were always able to help me in a relatively timely manner.

Made an appointment at 12:30 pm. Was there 30 min ahead, waited 45 min with absolutely no service, no greetings. Staffs were chatting, eating, drinking, only 2 teller windows are open, line up was excessively long. Gladly take my business to another branch :)

I honestly rarely leave reviews, but Bobby Diu at this TD branch is an amazing representative. He made me understand what I needed for a line of credit and the documents I needed. He helped me with other banking needs as well and went above and beyond. He deserves a promotion.

My boyfriend and I opened a joint account in October along with applied for a credit card and mortgage pre approval all during the same time. Both experiences were horrible.The credit card approval process took a month and a half for the approval with tons of back and forth on a week to week basis with TD providing multiple different reasons why we got denied, initially they claimed there were too many files under my boyfriends credit history and we needed to call equifax to figure it out. Once we did, equifax said their claim was false and theres only one file. Then we called TD back and we weren't able to reach the agent who opened our account and we were expecting a call back from her but a week later we didn't hear back so we called them once more and they told us it was now a different reason, they needed to see pay stubs to prove my boyfriend earned as much as he claimed. They also didn't take action until i called corporate customer service and they sent an email with my concerns and cc'd their district manager. After lots and back and forth and complete incompetence on their end we finally got approved and their manager Candy called me to ask if I wanted the card rushed to the bank or mailed to the house but it would be 1-2 weeks. given that it took so long to get approved I said rushed. After all this I wouldn't have written a review UNTIL I SAW A RUSHED CARD FEE OF $25 ON THE CARD THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED BY CANDY AND GIVEN ALL THE HOOPS WE WENT THROUGH I'D THINK THE FEE WOULD HAVE BEEN WAIVED.The mortgage pre approval process was much of the same, took a month and a half to get pre approved, they didn't do anything until i made the phone call to their corporate customer service line and their district manager got cc'd in the email. I provided all documents to them by Nov 26 and it wasn't submitted until Dec 3. Asking the agent why we didn't hear back from her she told us she's busy theres a lot of people she's dealing with.In summary, go with TD for your future banking needs if you want to be left on the back burner and if you like following up with them.. don't expect to get a call back unless you pull a Karen :)Edit: ended up going with HSBC for a mortgage where their agent followed up with us weekly and they were able to provide a lower rate for a longer term. 10/10 would recommend HSBC

I had a fantastic experience at TD at Major Mac/Woodbine yesterday.Zeres, the Manager of Customer Experience was one of the best front line bankers I have ever dealt with. She was very friendly, very proactive, very common sense, and very personable. It once again confirms my decision to bank with TD. Will definitely be back for more banking needs!!!

Dealt with a gentleman named Samuel Chan for my mortgage. He promised me $1000 cashback in a phone call for my mortgage when i found a competing rate from scotiabank so i decided to go with td. After i closed on the mortgage, he never gave me the $1000 and also completely ignored me when i tried to follow up multiple times. I would not trust his word.
