Unbelievably unprofessional to deal with. Don't expect them to register your tenancy or remit your security deposit to the rentalsman as they're legally required to do, because they wont. They will steal your security deposit. Avoid.

Refused to do an inspection upon move out. Charged me for damages that were of no fault of my own. Allowed me to live in a premises that had black mold for several months. Ignored emails and were rude in correspondence upon moving out. Took my whole last months rent even though they moved someone else in mid-month and made them pay for half a months rent. Definitely do not recommend.

Poor management, money hungry business with inhumane treatment. Ended up stealing $450 from me, blamed me for problems I didn't cause and ultimately kicked me out for the ordeal nearly leaving me homeless. They were completely unwilling to listen to my side of the story or hear me out. P.S. They don't sell shakes

I rented an apartment from Birchwood Holdings in Sackville and used as a 'crash pad'. My apartment at home is a high end condo style apartment and Birchwood offers good value basic units. The rent I paid for my unit was excellent value for money and it included heat, hot water and a parking space.Birchwood's were responsive dealing with any issues and they are not worse than the top end company I rent from elsewhere. They sent their maintenance staff out the same evening when I had a small leak and they were overall responsive with any requests.I needed to move out a few months early due to the pandemic and they worked with me to find a new tenant. The deposit was returned promptly when I moved out. Laurie in the office was always friendly and helpful.

No complaints, I loved living there. I had no problems with the rental agency, and overall were great landlords!

I didn't even live in their buildings, but a friend of mine did. I will never forget the insanity he had to put up with. He decided to end his lease early when they changed the locks on his unit for being less than a week late on his rent. When I was helping him move they called called the police on us. Don't expect to be treated like a human here.

I had this group as a landlord in 2019-2020. I was not satisfied with them. Especially the extremely hot apartments If you’re in sackville I would not recommend renting from them.

Notorious for refusing to give the security deposit back. The office was terribly unorganized lol. Many unethical practices, inappropriate/poor communications via email… yet owners of many properties in this student town. My advice is stay informed and look to NB residential tenancy acts to be best equipped.
